I just checked my app and it shows that my oxygen is measured during my sleep only: “Average blood oxygen and breathing regularity are analyzed by looking at your blood oxygen levels with Blood Oxygen Sensing. Blood oxygen measurements are located in the Sleep tab and become available after your next sleep period of more than 3 hours.” I went to the Sleep tab and it shows an Average Oxygen Saturation %, ex. 97%. If you’re looking for direct Sp02 readings, I would rely on an oximeter and not the Oura ring.

It gives me so much info about my heart, how I’m sleeping, and my period cycle which is way more than the Health app through Apple and the Fitbit I tried.
