Love it!

You absolutely do not take feedback from customers on the way you guys are wrapping these packages. This is absolutely unacceptable when I’m spending $150 on tumblers and I have to return half of them because of damage because you were staff is too lazy to do it right. This will be the last time I order from target. I’m tired of having to drive 45 minutes out of my way to return the damage merchandise or wait for weeks to get my refund because your staff can’t do what it’s supposed to. thank you you just guaranteed I’ll go to your competitors.

I was so excited for this bottle owala it’s my favorite brand, and it’s all damaged has scraps all around and super dirty. It should be packaged better IMO

Very cute colors and the freesip part is nice but never has happened to me to buy a water bottle and get scratched without even dropping it anywhere! I have other brands that i have purchased years ago and dosha r the amount of scratches this one got in 6 hours. And on top of that it doesn’t even stay cold enough. The ice melts in less than 4 hours. Not worth the money.

We are big Owala fans. But this is the second bottle that the lid broke off. Disappointed. It broke the first day of use.

Great water bottle. It's important to make sure that it is closed otherwise it can leak. My only request would be a non-plastic straw within the bottle.

Packaged well and no scratches

If you want the “sleek” color — don’t get this 💀 it’s not the same bottle as pictured & I guess this is a universal issue. I attached an image of what you actually get.

Love the bottle, but the packaging was lacking when shipped and several came with scratches and dings. Just something to keep in mind if ordering online. Still would purchase again and this made a great gift for our team.

During first time use lid pops off and now isn’t opening correctly which results in challenges shutting and then leaking

These waterbottles have held up so well against my elementary school aged kids. They get dropped off moving bikes, knocked over on the black top, and thrown around in a backpack — but they're still usable. The only issue we've had is with the handles/locks breaking (on multiple bottles), but it's understandable with the amount of abuse these take on the daily. All the color options mean that no other kid at our school uses the exact same style we have, making it slightly easier to ID them when left behind. Def recommend this brand for busy families!

Just know the current photo for Sandy Shores is not the correct color. This was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter and I now have the wrong color. The color is actually peach with a lavender top not gray with a blue top like the photo.

Straw keeps falling off. Contacted Owala customer service and it is the worst. They keep asking me to post repeated videos to trouble shoot a straw that fits poorly, manufacturing issues, instead of just sending me a new straw. How do I know that it is a poor fitting straw? I bought 2 of these and one straw fits perfectly on both tops and the other one keeps falling off. Their customer service didn’t understand the simple explanation and kept asking me to follow their instructions and shoot a video for me to send so they can troubleshoot. What a waste of time and money. I will never buy another product from this company.

It didn have the lid color i oredered

I love that you have the option of straw or sip, and I can fit my hand into the bottle to wash it is the biggest plus for this bottle. Keeps cold for a very long time.
