It’s very easy to use. Nice uniform slices only down sis is that you could really slice up your hand if your not paying close attention to what your doing!! Easy to clean. Very lightweight! Stable on the counter while using also!!

Super quick, super convenient
After the viral Logan cucumber recipes, I got hooked on them and decided I needed a mandolin for quick and consistent cucumber slices cause I couldn’t get them thin enough. This is super easy to use, to clean, and does a wide range of cuts and thickness. I love it!

I love all of my Oxo kitchen gadgets!!! This is a brand you can trust they hold up well they are very comfortable to use. They’re all easy to clean and dishwasher safe. But if you don’t have a mandolin, it’s the tool you never knew you needed!!! I don’t mess around trying to evenly slice fruit and veggies with a knife anymore -I keep my mandolin in the top drawer and use it for everything! adjustable thickness and perfect consistent slices every time!

Great versatile product
Great product. Makes cutting vegetables so easy. And quicker. You must use the safety vegetable holder so you don’t get cut and slice your hand. Easy to clean. I put mine on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

Flimsy & Over-engineered
Purchased March 2025 & returned. First - Do not buy a plastic mandoline. The force of your hand slicing the food causes the mandoline to bend, making for a very inconsistent slice. When you go to cook the food, it cooks unevenly. Second - The product is over-engineered. The extra blades store on the actual slicer, and the locking knob on the side doesn't always lock things in place, so it unfolds and flops around when trying to clean. It's way to "kitchen gadget" for me. I can appreciate OXO trying to make an all-in-one, but it didn't work for me. If you are a serious cook, invest in OXO's steel version. Pricey but worth the investment if you plan to use.

You do not want this!
On paper, this looks like it will be a versatile and worthy kitchen tool. But good luck even getting to that point! All the blades are separate plastic pieces that are stored in different spots of the tool. It is complicated to get them on/off, and the instruction manual is worthless. I spent a good twenty minutes just trying to get the crinkle blade off and attached for use; no luck. Finally gave up and decided to put it back into its “storage” spot, and have tried every which way but can’t get it back into place. Can’t wait to return this device.

Just bad
It works, but not without a lot of hassle. Feel like this thing would only be worth the time if you were slicing A LOT of veggies, and in that case you'd be better off buying something better. This is very poor design. I'm frankly surprised they still sell this. The instruction manual gives no instruction on how to remove the julienne/french fry blades. Probably because they know how dangerous the bad design is, and giving the actual instruction sets up the customer to cut themself. The answer is you have to pull it upward out of the unit with force, which is extremely dangerous, so you need to drape something thick like a dishtowel over it first. Pass on this. They designed it so that you buy it, use it once or twice and then toss it in frustration.

Perfect for meal preps, i love this.
I can’t live without it anymore, I sliced an onion in seconds, tomatoes, even pepper, carrots everything. I use to have a chopper but I end up breaking 3 so I tried this one, I slice and the chopped if I need or want, I can choose the thickness of my slices. I refrigerate the remaining in a container, I love to have my food ready all the time, easy to clean it have never rusted or break. I own it for 5 months now.

Rusted in one washing ;(
I owned a previous version. Of this for 10 years and it was great so I bought it again. However, the current version blades rusted after one washing in the dishwasher. Quality has really gone down, sadly.
