A: Possibly, although I would not recommend it. They would not do well across a bumpy canvas. The color would not go on very evenly, and would be variant in shading. I would recommend a sharpie or paint pen for a canvas!

Nostalgia in a blister pack.
These are visually the same flair pens from my school days in the 50s, though they are functionally much better engineered. Most notably, the tips aren't scratchy and do not fray after some hours of use. I suspect, though I cannot verify, that the tips are no linger constructed in a way that could be described as felt. Overall the writing experience is much smoother than it was. The colors are bright and, being water based, won't bleed through most paper.
