The best!
The talon is the best model and remote for the Xbox. With plenty of buttons and back capabilities you always have control. This is my second time purchasing this remote. I sold the previous to GameStop when I needed some cash. I’m buying it again over the “newer” model because this one has all the features that I need and is a great remote!

Solid all-around performance
A sturdy remote with all the necessary functions and a few extra ones, this remote replaced my old Xbox media remote quite nicely. The only minor complaint is that you need a clear line of sight for use, but that's generally not an issue for most users, I'd imagine (my setup is just unusual). And at this price, it's a steal. Highly recommended.

Great style, mediocre performance
Love the design and the feel of the remote. My only issue is my console does not respond every time I push a button. Most of the time I have to be aiming the remote directly at the console and push really hard on the buttons to get the console to respond. My other Xbox controllers and media remote have no issues.

Nice but,
Nice feeling remote. Feels nice in your hands. I like how with movement the buttons light up. Here’s the issue. The volume button doesn’t work. It has been paired, unpaired and paired again and the volume button still doesn’t work. I’m seeing people on the internet having the same issue. Some think that after an update the volume button stopped working. I’m not sure and the resources to find a solution are few. Microsoft and PDP need to fix this or remove it from their store. I didn’t even want this remote. I wanted the new one designed for the series X but it seems to never be in stock. Microsoft why list stuff on your website if it doesn’t work or you can’t keep it in stock? I thought you were here to sell products. Not just display them. It’s frustrating enough it took forever to get a series X and I’m sure others can’t even find one. Fix your production issues. And the manual is a joke. PDP website gives you program codes for different manufacturers tv’s. But has no walkthrough how to program those codes on their remote. Or I couldn’t find the literature.

This is an IR remote, which wasn’t really advertised anywhere when I purchased it. It cannot be used like a standard Xbox controller - it must be pointed directly at your Xbox.

Not for Xbox Series X
It does not work with Xbox Series X most of the time. You keep pressing and nothing happens until you just use the game controller. I will have to try other remotes.

Great Product
I've had this remote for more than a month now and I can say that I truly wish I had bought it so much sooner. I used to spend the majority of my time gaming but lately have I've been doing a Lot less. This remote is great because I dont have to turn on my controller all the time and use its battery up even more. Plus, I can easily adjust the volume so I only need one remote. (Minor cons) This doesnt need to be connected. Now thats not necessarily bad but if you have more than one xbox (which I dont) then there might be some clash with signals. Another thing is the backlight turns off after 2 or 3 seconds which makes it bit annoying in the dark having it gonout just before you find what your looking for, but is saves baterry so... The only other thing is removing the battery cover which is the entire back side and kind of difficult to remove. Again its very minor and doesn't make me think any less of the product. (Features Id like to see) I would like to have an audio jack and a could pairing with that would also be rechargeable batteries. But, what I would absolutely love to see is the inclusion of voice command and dictation for which I would happily 5x the cost of this product. (Conclusion) This a great product and if you read this far then you should just buy it. Plus, its really cheap a bo brainer to be sure buy it and youll see why I love this remote!

Volume control not fast enough
The control works great but the volume buttons take a while for the Xbox to acknowledge. After 3 or 4 clicks then the Xbox turns up/down the volume
