The tooth brush is too big for my mouth, I can’t get as good a cleaning for the back of my teeth. I don’t like the app for brushing. It doesn’t follow the areas as I brush, and it’s not an accurate. I hope you have a smaller brush head.

The best part of this toothbrush is the case and type C charger. The case is compact and beautiful and the magnetic closure is good too although I wish it were a little stronger. The toothbrush itself works great. I would recommend to someone who does NOT change brush modes. I however do change brush modes. You can't do that from the handle of the brush, you must open the app on phone to do so. When you are rushing, that is not feasible. I also thought that this was a smart brush that would change modes based on the brush head being used but to my disappointment, that is not a feature either. I would like a little more weight in the brush handle as it feels like it's going to fall out of my hands quite a bit. It's not slippery, just weightless... feels cheap, especially when compared to the original sonicare Diamondclean. If you are like me, you want something beautiful in your bathroom and this brush just is not as beautiful as my white and silver original sonicare diamondclean. Speaking of white and silver, what are these horrible colors this 9900 comes in??? I have the champagne color thinking it would be tolerable but I'm definitely having buyers remorse. I have gone back to using my non smart diamond clean. One last thing, the app does not guide you to brush the biting surfaces of teeth so when you run your brush over those surfaces you will take time away from other surfaces and your app will say you did not brush for 2 minutes. The touch up option on app is hit or miss as it sometimes pops up and sometimes it doesn't. Do yourself a favor and just buy the non smart original diamondclean.

Trust me when I say your teeth have never felt cleaner. You can download the app to see if you missing spots when you brush, this is definitely my favorite Philips brush yet. Comes with a small chargeable travel case.

The toothbrush gets 5 stars by far. I’ve had a Sonicare for 12+ years and I love it. However, the travel case (while pretty) doesn’t close with the toothbrush in it and the plastic cap on the brush. it also doesn’t hold the charger. The regular plastic travel case has plenty of space and is overall a better design.

I like that it is an all-in-one brushead without have to select between different types. Like the black color too!The bluetooth connectivity is a feature used a lot at the beginning to help master the proper brushing technique. I drink a lot of coffee and tea and struggle with maintaining whiteness between dental visits, but the Prestige is noticeable more effective at stain removal.

Initially purchased the Sonicare Diamond Clean 9000 and after only a month had a malfunction and decided to upgrade to the Prestige and I am so glad I did. Truly feels like going to the dentist and getting a teeth cleaning after every use. The App is very intuitive and makes brushing fun. The travel case is incredible and it’s so nice that you can plug up and charge directly in the case.

I replaced an old Sonicare that had worn out with this model, and returned it immediately. It works no better than the old one, the app is gimmicky and ultimately not very useful. The charger is a weird USB charger that is huge on the wall, but doesn't have the advantage of being able to use a longer or shorter cord because it is hard-wired on the charger side. It also came with absolutely no instructions at all. I returned it in 24 hours, which was a pain because the Philips website is broken.

The toothbrush itself cleans great, by far the best one I have ever used. The downside is it broke less than a year in, it makes a sound but doesn't vibrate the head. 3 Months later I'm still waiting for the RMA... Buy a cheaper one, they seem to last longer
