Difficult to install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am literally sweating putting this on this bed… It will not work with a mattress topper and it is definitely a two person job (at least initially.) it doesn’t feel plastic and I’m not sure how easy or hard it will be to re-zip when the top part needs to be cleaned.

It does have a bit of an odor but the quality is amazing and you’re able to quickly change out the top without having to remove the entire cover. I’m now looking to purchase these same covers for all of our mattresses.

Easy Enough
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It arrived zipped together, which was helpful. I unzipped it and washed both pieces before putting it on the bed. I have to admit that finding where the zipper starts when putting it on the mattress took me longer than it should have. Once I located the starting point, zipping was smooth. The bottom layer is kind of crunchy, so that's a little bit louder than I'd like. The top part is a little bit thin and I'm not sure how it would stand up to a big spill or large amount of liquid. We are using it for a tween, so I'm pleased with how it will protect the mattress from dust. I like the little detail of the flap that covers the zipper also. Just a little touch that protects the sheet.

Fits well

Is for sure never move out the mattress, but the only thing is that in some point the plastic sides will tear.

Easy for chasing

I love how it has the elastic strips to hold it in place and the whole top just unzips to wash. It’s not that icky plastic surgery, and stays in place once you’ve got it on.

Great mattress protector

Durable, quiet, and easy to install mattress protector
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get to try the AllerEase platinum mattress cover. I knew when I received it right where I was gonna go, which is my daughter’s notrundle bed. Not only did I need a mattress protector, but I was excited because with sleepovers and spills it is exactly what I needed for her bottom mattress. At first, I was reluctant to put it on the bed just because typically these things take a little bit of maneuvering. However, this mattress protector was so easy to put on the mattress. It literally took less than three minutes. What I liked about it is that you just slip it on one end and then it pretty much slips over and zips to one side. It also has two side elastic straps for the ends to keep it securely in place while you zip it, the other thing that I would like to mention is the fact that it seems to be waterproof even through the zippers just because there was extra material to prevent slippage of liquids onto the actual mattress. The protector itself is pretty thin, and another factor that I liked about it is that the plastic piece is on the bottom and then it has the protectant piece on top that has a little bit more padding which prevents that uncomfortable plastic feel when you’re sleeping and reduces noise from movement in the middle of the night. This is definitely a Luxe version of a mattress protector, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality, quiet and durable mattress protector.

Love this concept
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m going to start with two cons that I have. The first one is if you’re by yourself it’s kind of difficult to get on. I had to push my mattress on its side and got the bottom on that way. The second is the noise level on the sides of the mattress. It’s a little noisier than what I usually have, but if you have a bed frame where the mattress sits in versus on top of, this shouldn’t be a problem. The third and final, they don’t sell just the zipper top. I’ve been trying to find one but I cannot find it. The rest are all pros because they do think that this is actually a great product. I love the concept behind us of just unzipping the top and cleaning the top of the mattress protector. I love that it’s waterproof because my dog loves to jump onto the bed with her wet beard. These seem seem strong and have had no issues after washing the whole thing. I don’t find the material on top of the mattress protector to be warm or anything. Very comfortable and very useful product. But it would be most useful with the ability to purchase just covers. I sometimes don’t get things out of the dryer same day… lol

Confusing base

It ends up being so many pieces that it’s just easier just to make the bed like normal. The base part is very thin has a loud plastic sound. The top base feels like cheap polyester. It’s not something I would buy. Just feels cheap and cumbersome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Allerease Platinum Mattress Cover Protector was very easy to install thanks to the straps and design and it was a perfect fit for my 12 inch mattress. It is surprisingly strong material and the top side is very soft and definitely has a luxurious feel to the touch. It doesnt have any smell and its very quiet when moving or changing sleeping positions. It is waterproof so if you do happen to accidentally spill something on your mattress you dont have to worry about staining or ruining you expensive mattress. I would definitely recommend it!

Best Mattress Protection!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had several mattress protectors in the past and nothing compares to the AllerEasw Platinum Mattress Cover Protector. The best I’ve tried by far! It’s very breathable, so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a sweaty plastic bag or some kind of bed wetting device. It fits perfectly well and snug on my 14” mattress. The zipper is a great touch for easy assembly. I like that it zips all the way around the whole mattress for better protection and allergy control.
