    Not waterproof.

    I’m super disappointed because the zip off feature is very convenient, but unfortunately it is not waterproof as advertised. I wanted the zip cover because I want to protect our mattress but still be able to easily wash it if our young children have a night time accident when they sleep in our bed. In the hour it took me to get my child up and cleaned, pee was soaked through the cover & went right through to the mattress. It was in the middle of the bed so not near any seams.

    Not safe for dryer

    It immediately crinkled and melted into crunchy patches after the first wash and dry. We followed the directions on the package exactly, buts it's now damaged and impossible to use.

    Would work grest on a thinner mattress, but would not fit an 11" mattress.

    I love the design. My son had one from another company and it was great to just be able to wash the top cover. This item is supposed to fit a 15" mattress, but it won't fit on my brand new 11" mattress. I had help putting it on and even with three people we could not get it on the mattress. The last side ripped when trying to pull it up over the mattress.

    Extremely cheap quality. Strap broke easily when putting it on mattress. Zipper gets jammed. No instructions on how to align zipper. Thin material. Do not recommend.

    Avoid

    This tore the first time I put it on my bed, the elastic strap ripped off and actually really hurt me, it left a mark for days. I stupidly reached out to customer service expecting a replacement or refund but I should have returned the dumb piece of trash to the store because customer service took a MONTH to respond requesting additional info, then ghosted me. I reached out two additional times since then, it’s been over 6 months so I highly doubt they’ll be getting back to me. So not only is the product stupid and useless and hazardous but their customer service is literally nonexistent. It’s pretty pathetic. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Best protecter I've ever owned

    Just got this to replace the fitted one we previously had which would always bunch up. It is very waterproof! Our baby just kicked over about 5-6 ounces of freshly expressed breast milk and it kept the mattress completely dry. Also of note, it was easy for my husband to originally put on by himself, no issues zipping & we have an 18 inch mattress. I love the zip-off top panel making washing super easy. It is not crinkly or loud at all. I can’t even tell it’s there.

    Zipper tops are not interchangeable

    I wanted two so that I could zip off the top to wash and zip on a clean one. There was only one in store, so I bought a second on the website. Same model, but the ZIPPER IS DIFFERENT! The whole point is that you can change them easily/quickly. Now I have to work even harder to change the bed because the base of this wraps the entire mattress.

    False advertising

    Good quality material and I love how you ca easily zip off the top to wash it. But it advertises that it fits 17” mattresses. However, I really struggled to get it on my 14” mattress to the point that I’m scared to unzip it and wash it because I don’t know if it’ll go back on. It even busted at the corner seam as I was trying to pull it up because it was so tight. And even then, the zipper doesn’t come up to the height of my mattress.

    Love This Brand!

    It's new to our bedroom, but so far so good. It was easy to put into place (so long as we had two people on the task) and the zipper is substantial enough to move easily...without being clunky. I have long loved the pillow protectors and am thrilled to have added the mattress protector!

    Bad product/waste of money

    Purchased since the top layer can be removed for easy cleaning if there are spills. Important feature when you have pets and kids. Unfortunately the to layer does nothing to protect the mattress and liquid goes right through it onto the mattress. Protects nothing. I purchased these for every bed. Waste of money. Highly disappointed because I have trusted this brand with multiple products over the years. There are better products out there that actually do what they say they do. This is not a good product.Do

    Very loose on corners and difficult to put it on.

    It's extremely difficult to put this mattress protector on the actual mattress and the zipper is always getting stuck when I tried to zip it up. When I was putting on the corner straps, one of them were already teared to begin with. Disappointed in the quality of this mattress protector. Even more disappointed when the mattress protector looks so wrinkly and loose over the mattress, especially the corners. They mention there's a flex fit component but it's poorly fitted on my mattress.
