Plow & Hearth Super Soft Golden Retriever Body Pillow with Realistic Features

This was a surprise for her! She couldn't fathom that she had the biggest package of all under the Christmas tree! She loves opening presents! Now she has a buddy to lay up against like her Blissy pillow case! She was a good dog all year of course to get this present!

This was a gift from my severely, disabled sister-in-law. She continually asks for a dog, but is not allowed in her care facility. I thought this would be a nice gesture. She's very happy with it, so that's good enough for me. I myself, would not like it.

Product was exactly as described and adorable.

My daughter opened the box for me and was ecstatic. "This is adorable! I love it!" I took one look and was horrified. To me, this dog pillow is big and ugly, weirdly hairy, with a hideous face. But my daughter loves it, so it is hers. And in fairness, I will say that I happened upon a real-life photo of a golden retriever and it looked just like this pillow! But I hate it, and would never save it for myself. Too scary! It will have a good home with my daughter.I bought it for myself, but it turned into a gift.

Great gifts for t he grandchildren. To date I have purchased the black lab, the husky and two Golden Retrievers. But I am amazed they arrived undamaged. The last two Golden Retrievers were packed in flimsy cardboard boxes with shipping tape pulled away where it was suppose to secure the center flaps. One side of the box was crushed down and there was no packing inside the box to protect the product. Just a plastic bag around the pillow pal. For the price of this product, I would expect care would be taken to ship the item in a way that it would arrive to the end customer in pristine condition.

I bought four of these for my grand kids. They love them.

This looks and feels just like my real golden retreiver but the high cost of it plus the absolutely ridiculous shipping charges for this are definite deterrents for buying it. So no matter how real it is totally out of reach those who would buy it especially those who have lost a golden retreiver to the rainbow bridge and are trying to fill the huge empty hole in their hearts from losing their loved one here. The only reason I cannot recommend this is because of price and shipping costs

I lost my dog 2 years ago and was missing her. Although not the same, my cuddle companion helps me feel like my girl is still sleeping beside me.

Will use it with my Grandchildren

When having a real dog was not a possibility (physical challenges) at an assisted living facility, this faux golden retriever was the perfect GIFT. Visually satisfying, this cuddly companion created smiles, good feelings, and a desire to say 'Get off the couch!' My in-laws were tickled at their response to this faux creature!

Such an adorable and cozy body pillow!

My granddaughter has collected quite a menagerie in her eight years, but the golden retriever was the icing on the cake. It even made an appearance at Christmas dinner. Although "she" is great for lounging on the floor, I think she is going to require a bed upgrade - - - the twin is a little crowded with her addition.

We sent this Golden Retriever pillow to our Gandson!! As soon as he open d it he said, "Papa J sent this!!" It is the perfect gift.
