Q: The description says, "2 cooking levels..." - where is the 2nd level???

submitted byMelissa - 2 months agoA: At the bottom of the basket, there is a metal plate divider with two circles in the center. Using one finger in each circle, you should be able to lift the metal plate divider out of the basket. There are rubber feet around the plate. Place the plate with the rubber feet in the groves halfway down in the basket to create two levels in the basket!
submitted byOscar L - 3 months agoA: when you remove the tray insert it has 2 side rubber edges that you can insert so that they lay on top of the 2 small outwards indents inside the tray. it forms the 2 levels
submitted bydouble levelz - 1 month agoA: When the insert at bottom of the drawer is taken out, rotated 90°, and reinserted, it has the ability to seat up into the middle of the drawer - letting you have 2 levels inside (sorry, I can't include a photo)

Q: What size liner can I use in a PowerXL Pro Air Fryer 8qt?
A: You can use the extra-large liners in the magic_chef(etc) glass bowl type air fryers. I will never buy any product again that uses a non-stick coating.

Q: is this power xl Teflon free?
A: It has Teflon in it. Another alternative would be stainless steel or ceramic coating👍

A: no, not a clear front.

submitted byTristar Products - 2 years agoBrand expertA: Purchased same unit at fund raiser. When hand washed/rinsed prior to use, water got between the front and back sides of the window. Unsuccessfully tried drying with hand-held hairdryer. Now what?
submitted byMichele - 2 months agoA: I have this same one from Kohls and mine had a plastic window that gets water inbetween the front and back sides of the window when washed/rinsed and I have to hand wipe the basket. So disappointing.

Q: How large of a whole chicken can you cook?
A: I'm sorry a whole chicken can not be prepared in the this unit.

Q: Wiil the basket on the PowefXLVortex Pro Air Fryer rust, like your previous products?
A: Hi LK, the basket for the PowerXL Vortex pro air fryer will not rust like the others you may have had experience with previously. we have upgrade the make of this model so there shouldn't be any such issues.
