Universal Skin Solution hypochlorous acid spray is a superoxidized solution formulated with pure, stabilized hypochlorous acid, electrolyzed water and soothing mineral concentrate that purifies, calms and alleviates reactive, sensitized and/or compromised skin. HOW TO USE

A: It has different ingredients than the product on their website. This one has Ethanoic Acid and the product on the website has Disodium Phosphate.

A: Our apologies for the confusion. Based on customer responses, we reverted back to our original formula but with an enhanced addition. The concentration of muriatic acid is very small and diluted in this solution to provide a longer shelf life and period of use after opening for our customers. It's been thoroughly safety tested for use on all skin types and will not impact your experience.

A: While it is up to personal preference, our Universal Skin Solution can be used directly after cleansing to purify, clam and soothe skin prior to application of any additional serums or moisturizers. It can also be used in tandem with a toner.

I used to like this product until they changed their ingredients. It now contains muriatic acid.. which is not safe for skin, look it up. I had no idea about this until I checked the back of the bottle because it caused severe eye irritation. Also when I unscrewed the cap it had rust forming in it.. will never use this again

I bought this product earlier this month and unfortunately the sprayer is faulty and does not work, it won’t mist the spray. I’ve tried reaching out but haven’t received a response. I really enjoyed this product when I purchased previously very soothing and a great on the go/gym bag spray. Idk if this is a one time issue or a manufacturing flaw.

I can’t comment on its efficacy yet, but using this spray feels like getting bleached sprayed onto your face. I have to brace myself before I use it and it’s such an unpleasant experience. They really should provide a fragranced option, this is even worse than vitamin C serums that smell like hotdogs.

This product, guys. Idk what to tell ya other than it is my saving grace. I am so good with my skin care routine, washing pillow cases, using acne-safe products. I had a really bad random bout of cystic acne for a few months that even stumped my esthetician. This stuff right hear cleared me up and calmed my skin down. Now I am attached to it and if they ever discontinue this product I will be unwell.

Loving the universal skin solution. I had been wanting to order this for a while but I was skeptical to do so based on some TikTok content I saw stating formula was constantly changing and since I’m highly sensitive to products I had some concerns. Well I ordered the mini and loved it so much and how it makes my skin feel that I ordered the big version and I’m already in the works to order 2 more backups.

Love the product, hate the bottle. The nozzle just stops working after a handful of uses and it’s infuriating. I have over half a bottle of product that I can’t use because the nozzle is broken. This happened on my previous bottle as well. Definitely needs some re-working by the brand. It’s also pretty pricey for only 4oz of product, I went through the last bottle very quickly (that nozzle only stopped working when I had less than a quarter left of product)

Great product. It has really made a difference in my skin. I use it daily as part of my nighttime routine—less redness and breakouts. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the spray bottle has a design flaw. It gets jammed and won’t work. I’m on my 3rd bottle and all of them had the same problem. I pour it into my own spray bottle and that’s how I use it. Love the product though. It truly is a game changer in my skincare routine.

Not happy. Went thru an entire bottle and opened my backup and it’s been irritating my skin. Compared my cold bottle to new one and the ingredients have changed. How many times are you going to do this?! I feel like I’ve lost trust in this brand. Very disheartening

The product is great. The spray mechanism is garbage. I have purchased four of these now. It takes a few sprays to get my whole face. But between each spray the pump stops working. You cannot do three quick sprays all in a row. You have to spray and wait. Eventually I get annoyed and buy a new bottle, thinking I must have a bad bottle. And the same problem happens again.

Like seriously, I’m not even exaggerating. I used to break out for MONTHS after every long trip, but ever since I started using this, I’ve only gotten one or two pimples after vacation. I just finished the full-size bottle and picked up the mini because it’s way more handy for traveling. The only downside is that the spray started dispersing huge water droplets over time. I’m just lucky it didn’t completely break.

This was my second bottle and one I bought to be sure I didn’t run out. I feel this hzs helped reduce irritation and late life breakouts for my 65 yo skin. It seems to prep my skin for my skin care routines and makeup . Really enjoying this spray. Great product for price.
