I'm extremely happy with the ScanSnap iX2500. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The scanning speed is impressive and it powers through stacks of documents with ease, and the 100-sheet feeder is a huge time saver. The image quality is sharp and consistent, and double-sided scanning is fast and reliable. I also love how intuitive the touchscreen is, making it easy to scan directly to email or the cloud without any hassle. It handles everything I feed it...receipts, mixed paper sizes, and regular documents all without jams or issues. This has made organizing paperwork so much easier and less time-consuming. Definitely worth the investment.

This is the best scanner

I've owned and used countless scanners over the last 25 years, including 3 older ScanSnap models, and the iX2500 is entirely in its own class. It is hands down the best scanner I've ever used. The scans are extremely crisp, lightning fast, and it never jams regardless of the reams of paper I throw its way. My favorite feature is the new capacitive touch screen that is so responsive to use, and very elegant looking. The USB-C is a very nice touch, although it's real magic comes from it's easy to setup and use wireless functionality that makes it such a versatile powerhouse of productivity! Even though my last ScanSnap had wireless functionality as well, it feels so much easier and more robust on the iX2500. Definitely get this scanner, you can't go wrong with it!

Personally, I love everything about this scanner, from its ease of use to its speed and different integrations it has. It has made filing expense reports at my company SO MUCH easier. I can just throw all my receipts in the hopper in the included "receipt guide" and then create one pdf for the expense report. A feature I thought I wouldn't need but also is great is in that pdf, I can edit it in ScanSnap Home and insert different images to the pdf. So, for these expense reports, I can take screenshots of digital receipts (like Lyft rides) and add them into my scanned pdf right in ScanSnap Home, simply creating my one pdf expense report without needing any other applications. Beyond expense report help, though, I also really love being able to scan documents and send them right to where they need to go with the Quick Menu drag-and-drop feature. It's super easy and makes me feel like a scanning guru. The last thing I will say is that I have the white model, and it's so pretty. The LCD screen has a much brighter resolution than the iX1600, and the scanner itself just looks great sitting on my desk!

I've been using the new ScanSnap iX2500 daily, and it really does feel like the next generation of desktop scanners. The setup was quick, the new USB-C connection is convenient, and the large touchscreen makes it easy to scan directly to cloud services or email without even turning on my computer. The speed is excellent. As we know, it scans up to 45 double-sided pages per minute, and the 100-sheet feeder means I can process bigger stacks of documents without interruptions. The new receipt guide is a big improvement too, making smaller paper jobs much smoother. I'm also impressed with the eco-friendly touches such as low power use in sleep mode, recycled plastic in the body, and packaging materials which contain no virgin plastics. The included ScanSnap Home software is intuitive, and I especially like the new Quick Menu and searchable PDF features. It's easy to send files to OneDrive, Dropbox, or even straight into OneNote with drag-and-drop. I still love my iX1600, but the iX2500 is faster, holds more paper, and has some more advanced features. The iX1600 is still fantastic, but if you want more speed, smoother handling, and better workflow options, the iX2500 is a big upgrade!

I have been a ScanSnap customer for over a decade when I first became a school administrator. There is no other scanner that compares to the speed, efficiency, and ease of my ScanSnap iX2500! When I was an elementary school administrator, my ScanSnap scanner helped tremendously when I had to constantly upload Title 1 documentation. As a high school administrator now, I've been conscientious of limiting paper files whenever necessary, and ScanSnap has helped me to stay organized in an efficient manner. I am grateful for this product!

I have the good fortune of owning 5 ScanSnap Scanners, ranging from the ix100 (wand), SV600 (Overhead), ix 1500, ix1600 and the best in show, ix2500. Each scanner helps me be an organizational powerhouse and a proud ScanSnap Squad member for years. It doesn't get better than ScanSnap scanners. I started using HP scanners over 30 years ago and they were reliable. However, the speed and accuracy of the latest ScanSnap ix2500 is truly stunning.

The new iX2500 is unbelievably fast and provides clear and accurate scans, whether it's my invoices and bills or my family photographs. It's so easy to scan and share with others!
