  • A: Yes, it's 120/240 Volts 50/60Hz. Bring a small flat screwdriver to change the setting (but bigger than for eyeglasses). Overseas at 240V, the "low" fan setting becomes "high," and there is no low setting. Also, you'll need a passive plug adapter (very cheap) for whatever country you're visiting.

    Great for international travel

    Unlike most "travel" hair dryers, this hair dryer has a setting that can be flipped to 240 volts that makes it usable in all countries (requires only a plug adapter). I have finally replaced mine after many years of use, it lived a long life and I wanted to buy the same exact model again. It folds nicely and is light-weight. I am so glad that it is still available!
