Horrible Smell
They changed the formula and it smells rancid. The body wash smells closer to what it used to smell like but the body wash is too thick and slimy. Looking for a different brand now.

Smells Terrible
The Sensitive soap smells terrible. I don’t know if it’s a new formula I’ve read about in other comments or if it has always smelled that way. I’ve always loved Dove, but typically buy the Original. I bought a new supply recently and thought I’d try the Sensitive. It smells awful. I like the idea of a sensitive soap, but not with the way it smells.

Hate new formula
I’ve trusted Dove my entire life. About 10 years ago I switched to Dove Sensitive Skin. Bought a 2 pack recently (thankfully only 2), didn’t realize the formula had changed until after using it. The smell is awful. Both bars will be going in the trash. Same ridiculous price, but stinky. I will never purchase this or any other Dove product again.

Game Changer

I can finally take a shower without being on fire down there , and even washing my hands no longer Crack and burn since I started using it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t go wrong with dove soap! I’m a big dove soap fan and have been for years. I don’t typically like bar soaps because I find that they leave that waxy/squeaky clean feeling on my skin that can be so drying. Dove is the only one that doesn’t have this problem. Plus, I have psoriasis and eczema and this does not irritate my skin at all, but rather keeps it hydrated. Love it!

Hate the new formula
The new formula is no longer suitable for my sensitive skin. It was the only soap I could use before the changes. Please change back to previous formula, now im lost at trying to find a some truly for sensitive skin. I didnt even know the formula changed until all my back stocked soap was out and I purchased in bulk the new one and immediately skin did not react well. After a 2 weeks I isolated it down to the soap, saw the packaging was slightly different and to my surprise the ingredients changed. Desperately looking for the old Dove sensitive skin.

I replenished my Dove fragrance free bar soap supply recently and it has a terrible smell that was never there before. Throwing them all out and will never buy again! Why does big bad Corporation think they can treat customers like this? Americans need to stop paying for bad product at high prices.

Smooth & Silky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Dove beauty bar! It smells great and has a smooth/silky texture. It was not overly greasy or oily but left my skin feeling renewed and refreshed for the entire day. It gave a great lather and you could tell the difference in my skin after I used it. My hands felt very soft to touch. It was effective with cleaning my hands and there was no skin irritation. My skin felt more hydrated than usual as sometimes soaps have a tendency to dry your hands out and have them looking ashy. This was not the case with the Dove Beauty bar. The scent was very light and not overbearing. It was subtle. I feel like I can use this beauty bar anywhere on my body without side effects or skin irritation.
