  • A: Technically no. However Asulfame Potassium a.k.a. "Ace K" can have a significant impact (higher spike than tradational sugar) on your glucose level aka blood sugar for a lot of people so if that is a concern you'd be better with the regular stuff .

    Great addition to any dessert

    Incredibly easy to create multiple desserts

    I love to use this for low calorie dessert recipes. Incredibly light and the taste is consistent every time. My go to is chocolate pudding mix mixed in with some fiber one brownies. It stays perfect in the fridge after mixing and never lasts more than a few days because we love it so much.

    Love my coolwhip, its the perfect size for a week of use. Its so creamy. I LIKE TO USE USE IT ON MY COFFE. It leaves my coffe with the perfect creamy and sweet . Doesn't need anything else. Also I use it for my fresas con crema and desserts.

    It's very practical and works well for me.

    I really like using this Chantilly cream for my cakes and desserts, it's very practical, I just add a little powdered sugar, beat it a bit, and that's it.

    Perfect for desserts

    I am a pastry chef and I often buy this cream to decorate both desserts and cakes, I like it because there is only little that you have to beat to give it more stability, the flavor is deli, it is not so sweet for people who do not like the extremely sweet, if you know how to work it it is perfect for covering cakes.

    The best topping for desserts

    Cool Whip is hands down the best for pies, milkshakes, and ice cream dishes. I have tried several other brands including store brands and the Cool Whip brand beats them all in flavor and texture.

    Yummy!

    I use this cream for almost all my preparations, I use it both for decoration and for filling my cakes, it has good. If I use it in heat, I will add it. , easy to refrigerate because this semi-beaten, apart from the use for strawberry smoothies with cream and is delicious because it is not sweet.

    Great product to make fruit dips or eat by the spo

    My family loves us some cool whip. The texture is velvet and has the perfect amount of sweetness. Portion size is generous and is a staple for mixing to make a fruit dip. The only problem is that I wish it were a healthier product and for that it gets 4 stars.
