    Land of Lakes Stick Butter

    We have been using land of Lake Butter for as long as I can remember. Did you all change the recipe. For some reason it tasted different this morning. I could not eat the toast with this butter this morning.

    READ THE FINE PRINT! $7 for 8 sticks that’s not bad right?! Wrong! They are mini sticks so basically you are paying for 1 regular box of butter. Stick with the 4 stick regular price!

    Holes and half sticks

    I recently have found holes in my butter. What is going on? I don’t like 1/2 sticks but certain times of year when more butter is purchased, the only butter left in store are the half sticks, so I’m forced to buy. They fall out of my butter shelf and waste of paper. I can’t be only person that get stuck buying it. I don’t think I’m only person stuck buying, so may not be as popular as you think.

    Land o Lakes butter has been a staple in my home

    Butter is not the issue--why the half sticks ? I bake a lot and to have to unwrap is twice the work. Inefficient and a waste of paper , in my view. Again, the butter is the best. The new packaging gimmick will cause me to choose another brand.

    Great taste

I tend to purchase the sticks more because they are easier for me to store and grab when I need. They spread easily for being sticks and having them in halves now makes measuring a breeze
