Q: Why is the tube almost dried out EVERY TIME I purchase? Was not that way years ago. Have to add eye drops to the tube to get enough product to even use. Keep hoping it’s a fluke, but every tube I buy is the same.

I don’t use this mascara anymore because it’s hard to remove, and I prefer something easier to take off. But for volume, it’s really good, and if you like waterproof formulas, it works exactly as promised

I normally use Clinique high impact mascara because I have sensitive eyes. I was trying to find something more cost effective so thought I’d try it. It went on nicely but as soon as my eyes watered and it got in my eyes they burned for about a day. It’s a no for me. Might work for you if you don’t have sensitive eyes.

The applicator bristles are too long and brush like - product can’t be adequately applied to lashes. I would return but it is coming up as “not eligible for return” when I try the “fix an issue” from my order.
