I want my potatoes back
I used to love the instant roasted garlic and herb potatoes so much it made life so much better to put warm creamy taders in my mouth as a child until you decided to put coconut in them (that im allergic to) leading to the a part of my child hood I no longer had the capacity to carry on.. craving the one thing I would look forward to at the end of every day would you please change it back steak and taders just aren't the same when you go into anaphylactic shock... 10/10 would eat again as soon as I get my epipen refilled. Please take the coconut out.

These potatoes are inferior
I've been buying these for several years and have loved them but tonight they were not good. I noticed the new package has me adding butter milk and salt. I've never added anything but water before. This must be a new recipe and I won't be buying again. Go back to the original recipe.

Not impressed.
I’m sorry to say that I’m not impressed with your instant original mashed potatoes. They taste just like the cardboard box!!! And I love instant mashed potatoes. I will be going back to the Hungry Jack brand. I know it’s very expensive, but the potato flakes need to be contained in a separate plastic bag, then they would not taste and smell like the cardboard box.

I have bought some various flavored packs of 4oz instant mashed potatoes since the recipe has changed, and there are a couple of notable undesirable characteristics since the recipe change. I work in developing modified starches and maltodextrins so there are some things I've noticed about the texture. First, the mixture does not fully hydrate until after the specified stand time, so when I prepare the potatoes, they are the wetness I prefer, but by the time I eat them, they are dry because the components took water out of the mixture by fully hydrating. Another undesirable change I have noticed is that the leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge are prone to syneresis; water leaks from the potatoes after a day or two in the fridge.

Yuck
These mashed potatoes are on the watery side and don’t have much flavor. Thankfully I have a gravy to put on them. Also not a fan of all the weird stuff listed in the ingredients. Will not be buying these again.
