[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Starbucks cinnamon dolce ground coffee is a strong medium roast coffee. It has very light hints of caramel and maybe a touch of chocolate. The cinnamon on the other hand is extremely light. You can barely taste the cinnamon on the back end of your sips. The coffee smells very good although a little burnt. To me the flavors are very mild and you really just taste coffee. I don’t really taste the molasses flavor of brown sugar either. I drink my coffee black so I should be able to taste all the flavors but I really don’t. It’s also supposed to be a lighter roast but it is very acidic. The scent is wonderful too. This is definitely my new go to flavor. The recipe on the package for a Spicy Cinnamon Mocha is fabulous as well.
