KIND Protein Bars Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate + Protein Nutrition Snacks - 16.8oz/12ct

I was addicted to these cars for a long time. Within the past year, they have became less flavorful and hard to bite/chew. The peanuts do not taste fresh. They tend to make my mouth dry and hard to swallow.

my husband and I eat tons of kind bars, it's our preferred snack and we've gone through many boxes of this specific peanut butter dark chocolate flavor. recently however it appears rhe recope has changed. we both just bit into a new bar from the newest order tonight and it was terrible! we at the same time went oh ew does this taste weird to you? are they stale already? but they don't expire for another year. they just taste very styrofoamy and unpleasant and entirely unenjoyable. I went looking to see if they changed the recipe and I couldn't find anything online, but I had a bar from before they changed their labeling from the last time we ordered a bunch of boxes. previously in the order of ingredients, peanut butter came first and then soy protein isolate. now it's reversed and soy protein isolate comes first. since ingredients are listed in order of which one has most first it means they've reduced the peanut butter and added more soy protein. it's also got 5 mg more sodium and 1 G less of carbohydrates. I wouldn't have thought such a small change would make a huge difference, but anyone who's used to the texture and flavor of these is going to be sorely disappointed. they used to be one of my favorite snacks and im so bummed :( going to see if we can get a refund and cross our fingers that kind reverses the change eventually.

Great taste but only if you have teeth and jaw of steel. Very difficult to bite into - so much so that I fear it will bend my permenant retainer.

Hard as a rock, palm oil and natural flavors both of which my doctor said to avoid. I thought these were healthy snacks.

Target pick up gave me a box of these which were over a year expired. They were hard as a rock. I've struggled getting a refund.

I love peanut butter and chocolate together. These bars are that plus they have the crunch factor from the peanuts that make this an oh so satisfying treat.

What can be better than peanut butter and chocolate. A match made in heaven and Kind knows how to pair them.

Love these snacks. I usually eat them for breakfast but my husband eats them for snacks. They are tasty and filling.

They are delicious and no added sugar. Excellent snack to satisfy hunger. Kids even love them and have taken my stash!

The expiration (best by) date on these was within days of when I received them. Seems like someone could check this before shipping them. I won’t be ordering them again.

I’ve been enjoying KIND bars for several years, buying them from our local grocery store. Then I was at a different location and found other varieties I didn’t know existed, which caused me to find KIND online. I ordered a custom box with 4 different flavors, 2 I had never tried. All 4 were delicious, but more than that, the freshness of them was outstanding!! I can’t recommend the custom order enough, and I love the ease setting up a recurring shipment. I shared with a friend, and I’m sure she’s going to end up doing the same.

Bought these bars because I like the taste and they are less sweet. But opened a package I bought couple of months ago (still within expiration) and the bars tasted foul. Seems like shelf life is not good or expiration dates ought to be tightened up. Very disappointed that I have to throw the whole pack away.

I picked up my package at my PO box and opened it to find two things I didn't order. Turns out the packing slip had someone else's name and address on it. So, I received two boxes that I didn't order and she probably received three boxes that she didn't order. However, Customer Service is shipping the correct (hopefully) boxes to me.

This is one of the best bars I have ever tasted its soft but not too soft it has just the right amount of peanut butter and chocolate. You can’t go wrong with this bar
