Since discovering this I now always have one or two back up containers on the shelf as to not run out. It is a shame it is so hard to find locally. I use it in anything that can use the addition of garlic and onion and well as the other spices but to a lesser extent. That means pasta sauce, lasagna, homemade salad dressings, hummus, potato and egg salad, eggs, almost a universal seasoning. Currently it’s very cost effective as well. Unfortunately, the misinformed like to vilify msg but as most know it is naturally occurring in some foods, improves flavor, and may let you get away with using less salt than you would have otherwise used.

Just like any product, if you consume too much, you will have an reaction. This seasoning is amazing. You don't have to use a lot like salt. just a few shakes, and your food is a hit! I used this in health foods, and none of my clients don't have any reactions. Just use moderately. No need for salt when you have this to use.
