Not fresh
I looked up fresh noodles and it took me to these. There isn't anything that says fresh or dried. Alas, they are dried noodles. Will try, but not happy with the description, or lack of one.

My family's takeout substitute
These are the only acceptable noodles I have found so far to make lo mein and stir fry with at home. These are my family's favorite. Keep a close watch they can turn sticky should you get distracted but definitely a pantry staple as a base for a cheaper alternative to takeout.

Great Noodles
These are delicious noodles that help me replicate takeout chow mein at home. I'm mainly writing this review in response to concerns I've seen about artificial colors. To keep it short: these artificial colors aren't bad for your health. The US is the strictest country in the world when it comes to colorants and colorants make up less than 1% of these noodles. Don't believe random stuff off of the internet.

Much Better Than Ramen
We like Ramen, but the noodles are fried in oil and there is so much salt in the seasoning. With these Chow Mein Stir-Fry Noodles, we get a lot more noodles, add them to broth and let everyone choose from a selection of sauces and toppings. One package really is enough for 2 or 3 people!
