    A real pain in the butt to deal with. They don’t give you a refund up front. You’ll have to send product out for repair which takes 2-5 days then if they can’t repair it you’ll get a refund.

    Allstate takes your money for service contract, but refers you to manufacturer with a telephone number which doesn’t work. How do I get the headset I purchased online repaired or replaced if Target doesn’t allow you to bring it into the store for exchange? Another example of Target not servicing a customer.

    the headphones themselves are awesome - the issue is that they don’t hold a charge. i have brought them to the gym twice with the intention of using them, but each time they were dead before i even turned them on. and that was after having charged them overnight the night before.
