The Schwinn Dual Head Floor Pump makes every pump count when you inflate your bike tires. The 20" large steel barrel inflates quickly and the 120PSL gauge keeps your tires inflated at the proper pressure. Dual headed design allows for attachment to both Presta (high pressure tires) and Schrader valves to be stress-free. A wide base provides stability, while an extra-long 25" hose gives you incredible flexibility in pumping your tires.

Q: How do I get rid of the sports needle after I put it on it seem to get out when I pull or tug on it

A: I also could not remove it. Tried with the lever up and with the lever down. Tried using a pair of pliers to remove it and ended up drilling it out. I've never had a problem with needles before
submitted byBond_JamesBond - 6 years agoA: Hi Tyler - If the sports needle isn't coming out of your pump, you can try using pliers to pull that out. If you're still unable to remove the needle you can try 3 short pumps followed by one long pump to loosen the needle from the pump head. Thanks, Jen

Q: The presta side of the pump head will not seal around the valve. The lever is in the ‘ready to use’ green position. But the mechanism does not grip the valve. The Schrader valve works well.

Failed After Seven Months
The pump only lasted seven months. It was used about once a week for mountain bike tires at 25 pounds. Not high pressure. One day, oil shot out of the valve connector while pumping. Then the handle seized, probably from lack of oil. Too bad. I liked the big gauge and the way it looked. But bike pumps should last for years.

Threading breaks
Broke after 2 uses. The locking nozzle broke trying to pump up the 2nd tire. The threads inside broke off as I struggled to get the crazy thing off the tire. Once it latches, it is STUCK. Almost popped the tire getting it off. Instead broke the threads. Now that the threads are bent, it won't properly connect to anything else.

Great pump!
I've had the pump for about a year and it hasn't failed me! Works great. I ride my hybrid bike long distances (not an ebike) and I need to pump more than usual. Psi gauge is perfect. And the little case with the ball pump needle that's attached to it is also great. Pumping is quick and the part you stand on to keep it from moving is solid.

Wrong Price
I purchased this in store. The rack it was hanging on, amongst the other pumps stated it was 19 dollars with some change. ( Product was not misplaced.) However, that was not the actual price. I'm not sure about the quality, but it's quite upsetting that the price in store was misleading.

Poor Quality
Poor quality. This is my 2nd one ordered in 3 years and this one broke in a little over a year. Schwinn is not quality anymore.

The pump broke in under 6 months. No longer has pressure when pumping. Sounds like a seal broke. Can hear the hissing when pumping inside the gauge.

2nd garbage pump from Schwinn
This is the 2nd pump I bought from Schwinn where the pressure guage simply doesn't work. I inflate my tires to max pressure (clearly, you can feel it), and it only reads ~20-40 PSI, jumping up and down. Returning to get my money back. Sick of companies treating their customers like suckers.

Not for road bikes
I have used multiple floor pumps over the decades. There are some pumps designed for high volume, and there are some that are designed for high pressure (some support both, though many are a compromise in between). This pump is designed for high volume (push a lot of air per stroke)...but that makes it very difficult to pump up to road bike pressures (normally ride 95psi front and 100psi rear). I can literally put on top my whole 165lb body weight and it can barely get it to 100psi. It feels harder to get to 100psi with this floor pump than with my portable hand pump! No problems pumping MTB tires with their lower pressures. Gauge sometimes won't move when pumping...but then suddenly move up several psi all of a sudden. Sometimes trying to put air in a totally flat tube with Shrader valve will end up having air coming out of the Presta valve instead of going into the Shrader valve...have to fiddle with the stem a bit before it works properly. Haven't decided if I want to return this and get a more expensive pump...this one is a bit fiddly.

Stopped Working
Broke after 3 months. If you need a bike pump for a presta valve this pump is TERRIBLE. It stopped working after 3 months

Horrible build, presta valve doesnt work
Completely unimpressed, buyer beware. Presta valve will not work, other reviews seem to have the same issue. just getting the packaging off damaged the finish. you won't regret buying something else from a reputable bike shop.
