The travel size BOSU® Sport Balance Trainer is a smaller version of the Home Balance Trainer. It offers the same benefits as the Home Balance Trainer when working on balance, strength or flexibility training, as well as delivers a killer cardio workout. The BOSU® Sport Balance Trainer is designed with six non-slip feet and meant to withstand normal home gym use. The compact design allows it to serve as your child’s first balance trainer or, if you like to take your fitness on the go, is great for traveling, small spaces or outside workouts.

Favorite at home fitness tool!!

I recommend READING directions when inflating to prevent any problems that others seem to be having. I have only positive thoughts about my new bosu trainer. I absolutely LOVED using it at the gym and am SO EXCITED to have one for my home gym!! The possibilities are endless for uses. It is a little smaller then the ones at the gym, but it doesn't impact its use at all. I've included pictures, the water bottle is a 1.5 liter, for reference

I've always liked using the Bosu trainer at the gym and when quarantine started I ordered one for my home to stay active. It's easy and versatile to use for a lot of different exercises - squats, toe touches, abs, etc. Small and easy to store, and quick to inflate (comes with a hand pump).
