  • A: your device controls the music, not the speaker. if playing from your phone and you have an audio assistant like google or alexa, you can use voice commands to skip or rewind the songs as long as the device is within earshot. the speaker is just taking the sound that would be coming out of your device and playing it through the speaker instead

    A bit smaller than expected...still packs a punch

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this from a catalog offered to me by my employer in recognition of my many years of service. It's quite a bit smaller than expected and still packs a punch. I haven't tested its waterproof limitation as I'll be using it mostly indoors or under some sort of overhead cover. So, under those conditions, 50% of its volume level is more than enough. I wish that it had a type C USB port so that I could have taken advantage of longer USB C cables I already have. I thought that micro USB technology was obsolete. I would still recommend this item even if I had purchased it.

It’s got pretty much everything you’d need in a bluetooth speaker, it’s waterproof, durable and has almost every button you’d need but I have one problem. It does not have a skip button. I would much rather have a skip button than an accept call button; seems kinda pointless to have an accept call button. Other than not having a skip button the speaker itself is awesome.
