Founder’s Blend features coffees from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. Throughout the year, we rotate peak condition coffees to maintain a balanced, elegant, and consistent profile of this bright brew. Nearly 20 years ago, Stumptown Coffee Roasters began roasting exemplary coffee.     Smooth, Balanced, and Consistently Excellent

    Founder’s Blend is one of the most balanced coffees I’ve tried. It has a smooth body with subtle vanilla and cocoa powder notes and very low bitterness. It works great both as drip coffee and espresso. Definitely a dependable blend if you want something rich but still easy to drink every day.

    I'm not a huge fan of citrusy sour coffee.. Other coffees were meh for me but this one is good. I like how it's subtle and well balanced taste.

    Chocolate honey flavor is surprisingly good.

    I was very surprised at how much I liked this coffee. Typically I drink a darker roasted coffee, but decided to try this brewed in my Chemex for a change. It does have a chocolate honey flavor. I kept looking at my cup after each sip thinking “what?” I will be keeping it on my permanent coffee rotation.

    Not for me.

    Wish I wouldn't have bought 2 bags. Not the best coffee I've drank. I get no vanilla or cocoa notes at all. Getting more of a stale taste. Beans are very dry is u know what I mean. For the price I expected better.

    Sour citrus with a hint of caramel

    This has a strong citrus flavour. Avoid this blend if you do not care for that type of coffee. There is a hint of caramel, but it is acidic enough to taste as if it were brewed with a coffee maker that badly needs cleaning.
