Computer Work Center with Hutch Gray - Inval: Melamine, MDF, Slide-Out Keyboard Tray

I got this desk a few months ago. shipping was fast. It looks nice with the modern gray color but it is not sturdy. I put a small printer on the top shelf and every time to print something the whole hutch shakes. The bottom shelf broke off a month after i got it and i only had a few books on it. I dont want to go thru the hassle to return it so i will just keep it with it broken. It is not worth the money. I would've paid alot more for something that will last me longer.

We bought this for my son for his grad school apartment. This desk is nice looking however, there was hardware missing and instructions were ridiculously vague at best!!! There was ONE written line. The rest was simply pictures. It took my husband and I over 4 hours to assemble it and we are rather decent at assembling things. We had to improvise more than once. The “pre drilled holes were nothin more than a 1 mm (if that) marking. The holes on the sides of the drawer were drilled on the wrong end. We did get it to work but the drawer will barely open. We would have stuck around to troubleshoot it but I have a lot of health conditions and I’m literally exhausted from putting it together!!! It does look nice in my son’s bedroom but the amount of labor that went into assembly is horrific. If I was rating only how it looks I would give it a 5 but that’s not the case so it gets a 3.
