Bad customer service

Good but very disappointed, I gave my home address but they did not deliver at my door , they delivered at apartment office which is so bad. Next time I will not give anyone over here, and these are too heavy so I m alone here how can I take all 200 pounds weight. Very bad service. Very bad shame on u. When I give my home address then why u guys left over there it’s too much far. So plz come back and take your stuff back .

Do NOT buy the frame is junk

After following manufacturer instructions for putting the frame together, placed the mattress onto the frame and the top left corner and bottom right corner came apart. As you can see from the pictures, screws were stripped from the pre-drilled holes and it also stripped the center supports. Save yourself time and money and don't buy this junk.
