A: Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia Pacific. The cup is a paper cup that contains no polystyrene foam and is insulated with air bubbles that gives the exterior a soft, textured feel. The lid however is polystyrene (PS). Thank you.

Some of the cups leak on the first use, if they are refilled, they will almost always leak….. pay a little extra and buy a different brand…. In some cases you can pay less, and get a better product…….. total garbage, save your money

I have used Dixie cups for years, always have an extra 60 cup package in pantry. I have opened my first package of your new cups. It wasn't even 5 minutes after I poured my first cup of coffee that I had to pour it into another and so on. Both seams, on side and at bottom wear leaking. I swore by the others, but if this new cup is here to stay, I will not be buying again. Just wondering why you would change such a great product.

I bought these cups mainly for my morning coffee to keep it hot. They do the job pretty well, no leaks so far and the tops fit good. I even use straws with the tops and I sometimes use the cups more than once and they’ve been fine. Haven’t put anything cold in them yet so don’t know about them keeping cold. I think my foam cups may keep coffee hot longer but overall these are good value for the money.
