Disappoint in Charmin!

I will never buy this Charmin Bath Tissue again. I'm very disappointed in Charmin I always buy Charmin Ultra Soft bath tissue and Love It! So, I thought I would try the Ultra Gentle bath tissue; first of all the rolls are only two-ply sheets very thin. The sheets on most of the rolls got stuck to each other and separated from each other so we had to keep taking the roll off the spinner to fix and fix the sheets so they matched up, the sheets tear very very easy, when tearing from the roll and when wiping. I am so disappointed in Charmin you are so much better than this. Also, it is only two-ply, so the cost should be lesser than the other products.

We're sorry to hear this because we want everyone to enjoy-the-go! There can be one of two causes for excessive lint. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening. If you're dissatisfied with the amount of lint on Charmin Ultra Gentle, we recommend you give Charmin Ultra Strong a try.
