Not very good - weird textures
Cheese ends up being too runny, and the shells don’t cook all the way through. Ends up with some really gross chewy bites. Portion sizes are also too small, barely any bigger than the cups.

kinda just has a weird artificial taste. doesn’t taste like the box stuff and isn’t very cheesy. so disappointing as i’m usually a huge fan of mac and cheese! it’s a decent portion size and gets done quick in the microwave. i wouldn’t say it’s worth it when it doesn’t taste that great tho

So-So Mac & Cheese Meal
This microwavable Velveeta mac & cheese gets the job done if you are in a quick hurry or legitimately on the brink of starvation desperately looking for something to eat. The quality of the mac & cheese is not as good as the box (of course cooking it on a stovetop is always better), but for the same price you are only getting a fraction of what the Velveeta box has. This only contains 5 oz., while the box contains 12 oz. In my opinion, this option is only really good for the convenience of microwaving and coming with its own travel bowl. First off, there is no water fill line. I simply measure the amount of water that I believed would be enough. Also, the noodles tend to stick together after cooking in the microwave. In my opinion, the noodles and pasta had this weird, slimy texture even after placing the liquid cheese. Even after covering my Velveeta bowl in my microwave (with a ventilated microwave cover) it left sticky residue on the microwave turntable. My overall thoughts on this product is that, if you need something to eat it is decent and filling. But if you have time to cook the Velveeta from the box on the stove, then I recommend buying that option.

This mac a cheese tastes really good and is so easy to prepare! The instructions could be clearer, simply for the fact that it tells you to fill the cup to the line, but it doesn't have a line anywhere. There is somewhat of a dent / difference in size kind of in the bowl, so that's where I filled it to. I'm assuming that's where you are supposed to fill the line to because if I filled it any more, the water / boil would have made a mess of my microwave a bit since. The package came with plenty of cheese to make it have a nice flavor. The only issue is the texture of the noodles. I wish they were less chewy.

The only issues with this is it doesn’t show where the fill line is…. i filled it to what i thought was the line but the noodles weren’t cooked all the way and we stuck together. otherwise delicious and a good little lunch or side for 2

The 8 year old in me loves these
So many times I get stuck on a zoom call and I'm worried they'll hear my stomach growling because I'm about to pass out from hunger. Enter Velveeta. I quickly turn off my camera, remove cheese, fill with water to the line and pop into the microwave for 5 minutes. Much better than the little cups of the same product for some reason. I keep a few around for those emergency hunger attacks and it hits the spot.

A fill line isnt the only thing this dish is missing.
Glad I’m not the only one that struggled to find the non existent fill line. The bottom line is too short and water doesn’t cover all the pasta so I filled to the top. Huge and messy mistake. After dumping some water, and finishing the dish, it is missing any type of flavor other than cardboard! I added pepper and then it tasted normal, but I don’t think I’d buy this again.

Good But Fill Line Should Be Clearly Marked
Yes they need to make the fill line more obvious (it's the bottom one). It doesn't taste as good as the stovetop version but it's good if you need something quick and/or only have access to a microwave. Would recommend adding salt, pepper, or any other spices. It's adequately filling for me personally.

I'm always a little skeptical about pasta cooked in a microwave, but this came out with the same nice al dente texture as stove cooked shells, and the sauce was both plentiful and thickened up nicely. No discernable difference between this and the stovetop version, which I've loved for years. And in a size that's big enough to make a filling lunch when you're stuck at work. Thumbs up from me.

There is literally no fill line. Impossible to cook correctly. How was that overlooked?? Skip this unless you want to literally baby it the whole time it’s cooking.

NO FILL LINE!
They do not specify which line is the "fill line". I only filled to the bottom line because it specifically said not to over fill. The shells were chewy so I'm assuming your supposed fill it to the top line(which is very close to the top), but I won't be buying them again unless they specify the fill line, and even then, it will be one last ditch effort before I'm done with them all together!
