My son is 2.5 years old and absolutely loves this book!

I completely agree with the first review. This is my 12 month old’s favorite book. We read it every night, and she loves to hear me go through the ritual of pointing to each diverse family unit on the cover with affection, e.g., “Here’s a grandma and grandpa with their grandchildren! Here’s a non-binary parent with their children!” and so on. She points at various elements of the lovely illustrations and of course enjoys smiling in the little mirror at the end of the book. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this book and so does my 1 1/2 year old! All the pages are very relatable - make pancakes for breakfast, build towers together, watch airplanes in the sky. I also love that there is so much diversity in the families and places shown. My sons favorite part is the mirror at the end. It’s a great touch. Beautiful book and such a gem of a find. I 100% recommend adding this to your little ones collection.
