Works great! Puppy would eat so fast she’d throw up and this slows her down and prevents that from happening. I would say it holds closer to 2 cups of kibble, otherwise it overflows and defeats the purpose of a slow feeder.

Definitely slowed our dog down while eating, so it did what it said it would do. However, the plastic started peeling off after less than 3 weeks of use and we no longer felt safe letting our dog use it. We will be buying a stainless steel one elsewhere.

As far as the bowl- it is great, I bought 3 and it got my pups to slow down eating, so that is great. It has a silicone not slip grip around the bottom, and that broke off almost immediately. All in all, it’s a good product, just a shame that the not slip part broke off.

Too deep. Neither of my French bulldogs could get the food out of the bowl. We had a previous slow eat bowl from Amazon that was double the price but it broke and I was trying to save a couple bucks but you get what you pay for. Maybe better for a larger breed dog? Didn’t work for either of my frenchies.

Perfect for small dogs

Great for the picky eater, and also the fast eater
This is the only way I can feed my puppy now. He would literally just inhale food before like sucking a breath, and all of a sudden his food’s gone.. now I use this and it’s helped so much. He still devours it because he’s gotten really good at eating out of it but at least it takes longer than 30 seconds to finish a meal. it helps relieve some of my stress watching him eat as I do get concerned about bloat. I even bought one for my other dog who does not eat his food fast at all just because it seems to keep him mentally engaged in it. He doesn’t really care about food and eating or meal time and now he gets kind of excited because it’s like a game now.
