2 Drawer Campaign Desk - Linon

I was a bit reluctant to order this desk because of the reviews, but glad I took a chance on it. For the price, it's a great desk with great style.

The paint chips very easily. It came damaged and it is not a stable desk.

The gold color is much more of a metallic deep yellow, almost a mustard color. Assembly was very quick, however, the support bar that goes between the two X-legs needed to be tightened with a wrench to get it to stop wobbling, so make sure you have one handy

Don’t waste your money or time in waiting for this to ship. It arrived today after quite a wait only to have a broken drawer, lots of splintered wood, and a lousy paint job. This desk is very cheaply made and it shows. Returned it to the store no problem, but it was a big hassle, and I’m now back to square one looking for a new desk.

I guess if you were buying this for a small child, and expecting it to be quickly destroyed, then it could make sense. In that case, it should be closer to $50 (it feels like a $50 desk, not a $200 one). However, we hoped to use it as a regular desk. It's too short to sit at with any standard chair. It's too shallow to put anything on. It's too shaky to trust. And one drawer came with the corner chipped off, since the whole thing is made of cardboard. Now we have to replace it with something serviceable.

Disappointing. This looks great in the picture but this is so cheap in person. The gold color scratched off while attempting to assemble, and the holes don’t all line up. Also, I was sent the blue instead of the black. I will be returning.

Super gorgeous desk! The only thing that makes it just an okay desk is that it's not the most sturdy, so if you don't put it against a wall, expect a bit of wobbling. Otherwise, it's a nice, low-profile desk. Not sure if it's entirely worth the price, though.

Easy to assemble. Has some slight misalignment to screws. A few scratches on the screws that discolors the ends. Was able to put together. Using for school as I work on my msn. I need to get a chair and then I’ll be able to use.

Unboxed and already had scratches and dents. Where’s the quality control? For the price, I could have bought a used one in better condition and painted it. How is this okay to sell new?

I returned this the same day I received it. I ordered the white and gold version, the gold in person looks like a mustard brown yellow, not gold. While i was putting it together, the paint would chip off. The screws that were built in were lopsided on a corner and i couldn't get the leg on. I decided to return it since i shouldn't have to fix something that i paid $200+. I'm really disappointed because was really looking forward to receive this desk.

When I received the package I wasn’t even notified they left it outside in my drive way, also not close to the door where it can be seen by me. Also with a broken box, luckily my neighbors saw the package and they notified me. I opened the package and everything looked fine until I turned the desk over and in the front of the desk it has a paint chip. its a small paint chip but since the desk is like a navy blue it is noticeable.

It was the easiest piece of furniture I've ever had to build. I was a bit concerned when I saw all the screws were scratched up. After everything was put together, I couldn't even notice the scratches on the screws. The desk looks very sleek and fabulous.

I have added a mirror with LED lighting that makes it even more stunning. The desk arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. It has a nice gloss finish, it is very sturdy, good quality and super easy to assemble. I really like the gold colored legs that stand out from the glossy white finish. Only took my husband about 30 minutes to assemble with the tools provided. Overall very happy with my new desk that can be used for multiple purposes, love mine as a makeup vanity.

Love the blue and gold finish of this desk. It brings a pop of color to my room.

It was very easy to put together and it comes with the tools needed to assemble - took less than 30 minutes. Great quality and looks very expensive, which can be challenging with the gold legs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desk has such a sleek and stylish look with the black table top and gold legs that it can honestly be used for multiple things in fact that was my problem first I was going to use it as a laptop work desk but then I thought it looked too chic and I wanted to show it off a little bit so I use it as an entryway table. My wife wanted to use it as a vanity like I said it could be used in multiple ways.There are two drawers which would be great for papers,makeup or right now for me keys,mail and other front door needs. Assembly was a breeze. If you’re looking to dress up an area or just for a work desk or for other needs you can’t go wrong with this one.

It was wrapped and packed very well to prevent any damage to the product. As you can see in the pictures, there were minimal pieces. Took twenty minutes, max to put together. Placed it in my entry to our house. The color is beautiful and not cheap looking. Everyone who has seen it loves it! You will not be disappointed.
