Winix Genuine 115115 Replacement Filter A for C535 5300-2 P300 5300: True HEPA, Carbon, Washable, Captures Allergens

If you’re looking for a filter specifically for the 5510, you need the Winix Filter Q (model number 1712-0123-00). As others have pointed out, finding the correct filter for a Winix air purifier on your website is extremely frustrating. This is not the correct filter for the 5510. The purchase button in your app took me to this filter. There should be a search option that allows customers to select their purifier model and then displays only compatible filters. In addition, the “purchase filter” button for models that use the Wi‑Fi app should link directly to the correct listing for compatible filters.

We had used these filters for our Winix air purifier several times in the past. Our most recent attempts to replace them have seen us invariably get filters with a horrid chemical smell. We have since discarded our Winix air purifiers and will no longer use this product. It’s a shame, because we used to like them.
