Love it!

The Total Gym is awesome and such a great workout. I love that it has SO many different workouts too. We are very happy with this purchase. Loved the 2 day shipping! Also it came packaged well, puts together quickly and is very good quality.

Versatile, easy, strong workout

So versatile and powerful. Love that it's practically preassembled and I'm giving my neglected muscles a good pump. Note, you won't push as heavy as the gym machine, but that may be for the best.

The Total Gym Apex 3 is an essential in a home gym. I initially purchased it to help me with my back and core muscles. I have used a similar gym for my physical therapy. Now I am able to apply the same workouts at home. As a bonus, I am learning there are many various in using the gym with the attachments and I can workout my other muscles. The set up was easy. The gym is light weight and foldable, which makes it easy for me to move it around. The only negative is that there were scratch marks on the metal parts. Other than that, I would have given this gym 5 atars.

Perfect piece of strength training equipment

Obviously being out of the gym during this pandemic I find working out at home is vital. I use a couple other items from suspension trainer to a kettlebell but I was lacking a true strength training tool. Luckily this is a true gem that I noticed is frequently overlooked. First it’s easy to set up! Second, the workout moves are endless and it does a great job of mimicking traditional strength workout machines. Third, it comes with a comprehensive manual, dvd, app, and workout cards for all the moves and workout plan based on your level. It does fold up pretty well so if you don’t have dedicated space to leave it you can at at least store it in a closet (it’s moderately heavy <100lbs) Some considerations, I feel it’s marketed to our more Senior population. I am an active male (I instruct group fitness on the side) in my early 30s. It does take up a good bit of space when open. I haven’t used the APP or DVD I prefer to paper and pen to record/plan my workouts. I noticed you do need to subscribe and pay monthly to use all of the features of the APP like updated workouts which makes sense if you don’t plan on having a gym membership. Basically, don’t pass up this piece of equipment! It’s the perfect substitute for traditional strength training.
