One herb, all the things! Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea is a full-bodied tea made with a single herb, raspberry leaf, which is traditionally used to help tone the uterus to prepare for childbirth. Rich in iron, this herb contains calcium and magnesium and is welcome whenever the uterus is working overtime. Sip this tea throughout the third trimester to get things prepped, during labor to keep things moving along and after birth to help the uterus recover.

Because all of Earth Mama's teas are 100% USDA Certified Organic, each one of the ingredients is required to be certified 100% organic in and of itself too. You can find better

Definitely better raspberry leaf teas out there, they get you by putting this in the postpartum isle. Don’t fall for it, leaves large chunks of the tea in your cup as the tea bag dissolves and hardly has any flavor.

It's nice

I haven't used it long enough to know how well it helps with period cramps. . but the flavor is nice. It's pricey with less tea bags then other boxes but if it does what it claims then it'll be worth it to me.

Loving postpartum and then some!

Wish I had found this sooner! Began drinking this post delivery but I love all the healthy benefits from a nontoxic brand! Great flavor and I love sipping on it over ice during the warmer months! Definitely a tea we keep stocked in the house!

This is my go-to tea during pregnancy. I live in the southwest so I’m always icing my teas, and this one tastes especially good iced! The taste is similar to a light black tea, but without the caffeine…win-win!

Best holisitc period relief

I don’t have babies, but this tea is magic when I get my period. Definitely helps to drink it for the days leading up to and during your period. Very light flavor and not too bitter. I’ve tried other brands but earth mama is the best!

It was a great way to connect with my pregnancy.

Everyone talks about Raspberry Leaf Tea for pregnancy so why wouldn't I get it from one of the most trusted mama brands! I had a cup almost every night in my 3rd trimester and even made tea ice cubes for labor. :)
