18/0 Stainless = functional but cheap
They appear to be clean and made with decent tolerance (lids fit well, nothing bent or loose). However the quality of the stainless is quite low so you do get staining and pitting easily. We made pasta once with the 3qt pot and it heats evenly and quickly, but just the act of slow boiling water under medium heat and then adding the pasta and a bit of salt was enough to create staining/extremely light pitting on the surface. If you're looking for longevity, this isnt it. The pot works and it will probably last a year or two of regular use, but the lack of any nickel in the stainless makes it rather sensitive/fragile.

great saucepans!
have a new induction stove which forced me to upgrade to these wonderful pans. there is a technique to cooking without teflon and these pans will have you upping your game and becoming a better cook. in order for food not to stick, you need to preheat stainless steel, then add oil, butter or food. as far as cleaning goes, try vinegar and baking soda with a non abrasive scrubber. works like a charm.

Everything sticks to bottom and won’t come off. I am asking for refund because the bottom of pan already lost some of steel coatin g after 2 uses. No harsh chemicals or abrasive products used to cook or clean.

Super hot lid handle
The 3 qt lid was incredibly hot to the touch. All other cuisinart products I use have lids that are cool to the touch even when cooking. The 1.5 qt lid handle is cool to the touch but the 3 qt handle scorched my fingers and they're already blistering up. I contacted customer service so will update when I hear back. But as is, I would not recommend this set.

Big pass! Pans get black spots in them despite drying after washing and using low medium heat.
These are not true stainless! After using them to boil some chicken for a soup they have black spots inside, like dots of black paint. I also noticed this on a sauce pot I bought at another store, but thought it was because it was a discount store..These are not worth repurchasing and I hope I won't get sick from whatever these pots are doing.
