Just popped it open to cook and other than 3 tiny pieces of carrot the entire bag is Brussel sprouts…

Roasted and rotten
My kids and husband were not impressed at all with this side dish. I must say never eating Brussel sprouts ever. These actually weren't so bad. It was tasted like spinach wrapped in a ball. The carrots, however, were horrible. They were so dry and the texture was hard and chewed in clumps after taking bites. This will be a never for us.

Not up to par with other Birdseye vegetables.
This product was horrible—and I buy Birdseye vegetables often. The sauce was below par and didn’t work with the taste of carrots and brussel sprouts.

Never again
I eat spicy food, but the amount of pepper on these were ridiculous. There was a clump of seasoning in the package. I lived in Louisiana and cook cajun food, but these were so spicy I could not taste the carrots.

Very salty and over flavored. Totally overpowering the carrots. You can somewhat taste the sprouts but mostly just seasoning. I chocked down a serving and tossed the rest.

These are really good!
I'm in my early 50s and I've never eaten brussel sprouts. After trying these on a whim, to my surprise, I actually enjoyed them. The brussel sprouts and carrots were seasoned very well. I look forward to seeing what else I've been missing out on.

Soggy and horrible tasting
I am a brussel sprout lover but these were DISGUSTING! I even used the air fryer and followed the instructions and they ended up soggy mush balls and whatever flavor is on them is beyond bad- I spit them out. I couldn’t even tolerate the carrots because of whatever the seasoning is making them taste that bad! Waste of $$$

Good quality, but Lacking…
When I opened the bag to roast it, there were only four carrot pieces. … Not at all distributed like the package photo shows. The quality is good, and the value would be better if the vegetables were a bit more evenly distributed. I give overall 3 stars because it was quite tasty & good quality.

purchased second 48 oz bag
I wish I could share some carrots with the people that complained about too many brussels sprouts! The first time I bought these we were pleased or I would not have purchased the second bag! This time the mix was 98% carrots and 2% sprouts! I picked out all of the sprouts and still have over a 2/3ds bag of carrots left! Will not buy again.

That Taste!
My husband bought this to have with dinner tonight, specifically for me because I like brussel sprouts and carrots. I don't understand how "spices" and "herbs" can go unlisted! I have allergies to many and just don't like others. The taste was AWFUL! The consistency was BAD! I'm used to brussel sprouts browning when being roasted, but these were just mushy. I think we'll stick to fresh brussel sprouts and carrots and seasonings and herbs I know.

I never knew about this product. It was given to me today. And I’m reading the reviews. Now I can wait until they’re done. Now let me tell you. These are so so good. I only made half a bag cause I also put some zucchini in it. There were a lot of broccoli and carrots in my bag. I had mine with some baked chicken. DELICIOUS ❤️

I don't understand the negative comments. I got the right amount of Brussels sprouts and carrots in my bag. The seasoning was perfect and really made them flavorful. I roasted them in the oven per the instructions and I had them alongside roasted salmon for a low carb meal. Soooo good. Will definitely buy again.
