Our 5% Niacinimide formula uses a concentrated blend of Vitamin C, Japanese Songyi Mushroom and Retinol and has shown strong clinical results in as little as 2 weeks of use. Depending on your skin, however, you may see more visible results with regular use at 6-8 weeks. We also recommend using a sunscreen as the final step of your morning skin care routine to help protect against sun damage which can re-darken skin.

Allergic Reaction
After using this product for about a week I developed the worse allergic reaction in my armpits that I have ever had. Prior to this I have never had any issues with allergies or severe reactions to skin products. Instead of lightening any dark spots it burned my skin and created MORE problems with uneven skin tone. I noticed it started to burn extremely bad to the point I had to wash it off immediately & I threw it out that same night. I'm still recovering from the possible chemical burns this product gave me and slathering hydrocortisone on my pits from the incredible itching it's blessed me with... I wish I could get my money back from this stupid purchase

Not effective on me!
Did absolutely nothing for my dark spots. And who thinks the menthol smell is a good idea? Creams should smell light and lovely.

More Money; Less Results
Palmer's used to be a go-to for my dark spots and was the only product I needed. I used it for years and always was able to keep my skin flawless and clear in a short amount of time. Now, without the hydroquinone, it's just another beauty product that promises big and doesn't deliver. I've bought several jars and see very little improvement over months of use wher one jar used to be enough. Unfortunately, this one is a hard break-up for me.

CREAM
It is hard to place on a spot and run in. It spreads to other areas and it’s hard. The cream feels soft in the jar and then when you put it on your face it feels rough. It leaves a white cast. I purchased this because I ran out of the serum and the store didn’t have it, they only had this cream. The serum is soft, works well ( I saw a significant difference!! ), it stays in place and feels creamy. It doesn’t leave a white cast and I can use it under my moisturizer. I wish I could get a refund for the cream.
