Q: Why is this not working? After asking a 2, I have not rec'd a response from Palmers. Where are you, Palmers? I DO NOT recommend this product. Used it since 7/25/2021 until now 10/7/2021....exactly 2 1/2 months.

After using this product for about a week I developed the worse allergic reaction in my armpits that I have ever had. Prior to this I have never had any issues with allergies or severe reactions to skin products. Instead of lightening any dark spots it burned my skin and created MORE problems with uneven skin tone. I noticed it started to burn extremely bad to the point I had to wash it off immediately & I threw it out that same night. I'm still recovering from the possible chemical burns this product gave me and slathering hydrocortisone on my pits from the incredible itching it's blessed me with... I wish I could get my money back from this stupid purchase

Did absolutely nothing for my dark spots. And who thinks the menthol smell is a good idea? Creams should smell light and lovely.

I have been using this cream every other night for 6 months now, and it seems to be fading my dark spots, my melasma, my rosachea, and even an old burn I've had on my face since I was a teenager. It's super cheap, it doesn't have a nice smell to it and it tingles sometimes when put it on, but eventually the tingling stops. It doesn't burn my skin. I have tried many other products before. This product is significantly cheaper and more effective than anything else, I highly recommend this product.

Palmer's used to be a go-to for my dark spots and was the only product I needed. I used it for years and always was able to keep my skin flawless and clear in a short amount of time. Now, without the hydroquinone, it's just another beauty product that promises big and doesn't deliver. I've bought several jars and see very little improvement over months of use wher one jar used to be enough. Unfortunately, this one is a hard break-up for me.

Our 5% Niacinimide formula also uses a concentrated blend of Vitamin C, Japanese Songyi Mushroom and Retinol and has shown strong clinical results in as little as 2 weeks of use (the average timeframe you could anticipate seeing results using hydroquinone). Depending on your skin, however, you may see more visible results with regular use at 6-8 weeks with our new Niacinimide formulation. It is also very important to use sunscreen daily to help protect against sun damage which can cause skin to re-darken. It is hard to place on a spot and run in. It spreads to other areas and it’s hard. The cream feels soft in the jar and then when you put it on your face it feels rough. It leaves a white cast. I purchased this because I ran out of the serum and the store didn’t have it, they only had this cream. The serum is soft, works well ( I saw a significant difference!! ), it stays in place and feels creamy. It doesn’t leave a white cast and I can use it under my moisturizer. I wish I could get a refund for the cream.

I bought this product about 2 weeks ago and it really is doing wonders on my skin. I have super oily and sensitive skin, so I was a bit worried especially considering how thick the product is. Turns out I was worried for nothing. I've noticed a lot of improvement. Acne scars are fading. My face isn't greasy after use which I absolutely love. I just put my friend and cousin on!

I’ve been using this for about 2 months now and have noticed my skin looking brighter and more even. I mainly wanted to fade some freckles and age spots that I have on my face, shoulders and upper back. It’s really done a great job. The cream is a little thick so I do apply it with an oil or serum to help it smooth on better. Thank you Palmers for making another product that does what it supposed to do. I’ve trusted Palmers to prevent stretch marks for 3 pregnancies and I’ve never had a single stretch mark. I’m extremely pleased and satisfied and I’ve gotten better results with Palmers than I have from any other more expensive brand.
