Misleading information
Bought this specifically because it says it is a heat protectant and has other hair benefits. The information on the product details online says heat protection up to 450°, but on the back of the bottle it says up to 400°. I used it once after washing with the Hask biotin shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels somewhat soft but it is very frizzy. Ends feel a little knotty as well. Not really impressed.

Made my hair so dry
I picked this up in-store thinking it would make my hair shiny and smooth. I did as the directions said and sprayed generously throughout my hair. When my hair dried fully, it was rough and coarse. This spray is terrible 😢

No help for static hair
Pails in comparison to the other Hask 5-in-1 spray (coconut oil nourishing). Target can't keep it in stock, so I decided to try the Hask keratin one. The main reason I got it was for bad winter hair static. The keratin Hask does NOT help at all for my static, but the coconut oil Hask does. However, this keratin one smells AMAZING!! Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing it again since it doesn't help my static.

New pump design stinks
They changed the pump design (on the lighter pink label bottles) so instead of the nice fine, even mist you got before, now it’s a heavy squirt of liquid that covers a small area and goes straight through the hair onto the scalp where it drips down in a really gross feeling way. I loved this product for years because it was something i could use for detangling that didn’t require me to put it on my hands to spread through. But now the only way to get a somewhat even application is to squirt on my hands and try to apply to my hair. I won’t be buying this again. Seems like all of my go-to products are now cheaping out and becoming unusable. Sad day :(

Hask has done it again!
This product has been the answer I’ve been searching for. I use this on my old wigs that get tangled easily and this is the only leave in conditioner that when it dries the hair doesn’t become tangly again. It leaves a realistic sheen on the hair making it look healthy. There isn’t much of a scent which I love and the spray bottle is easy to use and gives a nice mist.

All in all 5/5 for this hair spray I like to use it right after I shower while my hair is damp for it to work best. Which is why when I ran out I really needed some more (they never have this kind in stores :(((() I’m reviewing for my shipping experience which was pretty bad first time I ordered bottles were taped and sealed. This time my “2 day shipping” took 2 weeks which sucked my hair was dry but that was fine. But today my bottle came in with the cap off and the spray part loose, the inside of my bag was wet and the bottle was leaking down the side. I didn’t read the usps packaging until after I opened it and ya know I feel like it’s not right usps is out here apologizing over target’s poor packaging for shipping so that’s just my point. Maybe tape it idk
