Reliable sun protection for kids! This is one of the best mineral sunscreens I've used. Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Kids SPF 50+ is great for sensitive children's skin - it's fragrance-free, paraben-free, and dye-free. The cream doesn't irritate, doesn't sting the eyes, and lasts well even after water. The only downside is a slight white cast, but that's a typical zinc cream drawback. I even use it for myself.

Wow! This is pretty good for kid. I use it every day for my kid at school since they go out for recess and a lot of sun. It is not sticky and very smooth. No scent is good for kid as well.

I purchased this because I needed and wanted only mineral-based sunscreen. I will refuse to use products that are not mineral based when it comes to sunscreen, I don’t want to put those toxic, carcinogenic ingredients on my skin. I’m glad that Neutrogena finally started making a line that is zinc and mineral based, but this sunscreen is very very oily. It causes lots of oil/sunscreen transfer on anything that comes into contact with it.

I bought this because it said that it was sheer... This is one of the most thick, sticky and hard to spread sunscreens I have ever purchased. Definitely leaves a white cast, smells like sunscreen and leaks out of the cap even when it’s closed, just as an extra bonus!

Horrible sunscreen! It is so thick and hard to apply that you are breaking a sweat trying to get this to rub in. Don’t bother, it won’t absorb. It coats your skin in a waxy white layer that won’t come off for days. Not sheer at all, the white cast this creates is so bad! It is also extremely drying of the skin. We are still moisturizing like crazy and we stopped using this stuff almost a week ago. Do NOT buy!!!

The whitest cast I've ever seen in a sunscreen. The arm photo is how it looks after rubbing for 20 seconds. The texture is very thick and skin has a hard time absorbing it. Feels sticky. Only upside is how it's free of fragrance, parabens and dyes.

Did hot yoga with this on, and the sweat made the sunscreen run into my eye, dear sweet god I feel so bad that I was putting this on my poor toddler. It burned so so so bad in my eyes. Going to try to return this. Tear free my butt.
