    Quality is not expected

    After 1 month, the paint around water bowl are peeling off making the water dirty. So disappointed of quality!

    Disappointed.

    Quick delivery. Easy to assemble. Looks beautiful. BUT…I bought this to replace a smaller fountain that I had to refill every day. It was advertised to contain 7 gallons versus my former 1.5 gallon fountain. There is no way this bowl holds 7 gallons. So I am still refilling every day. And it's too big to return. MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED.

Shouldn’t be that hard, but it was. The sliding piece where the pump is located could be made a bit easier to operate. It would be really nice if the pump had an “auto shut-off” when the water level gets low. These things are minor and didn’t make me hesitate to purchase it. Overall, it’s beautiful - the birds love it, I love it, and I’m happy with my purchase!

    Great Product!

    The fountain was a gift for my parents and they really loved it!!!! Would definitely buy again from Lamps Plus. However, delivery was delayed over 2 weeks from expected delivery date!

    Great fountain for a very reasonable price.

    This thing works well and fits well in an alcove area of my back patio. The sound of the trickling water is relaxing and my fountain leveled easily and pumps great.

    Do not buy. I need a refund.

    Terrible product

    Material is horrible. It was made uneven. The pieces don’t go together smoothly. It’s so crooked that the water isn’t leveled. There’s not enough pressure in the water pump so it doesn’t pour water evenly. I think it was way too expensive for the quality.

    Greatly overpriced

    I do not recommend this product. It is thin walled and cheaply made and not likely to last very long outdoors. The tiers are crudely molded and do not fit very well. It is impossible to level all three tiers due to the poorly molded connections. When the base is leveled, the other tiers either lean left or right. The water does not flow evenly. They look very nice, but do not function as advertised. I am disappointed with this purchase.

    Nice but

    We got this Fountain last year we have to fill it every day and the paint is chipping off and the color is changing also When we frist got it I loved it but putting water in it every day is extremely frustrating

    get what you pay for

    I found the fountain to be very cheap. The color is misrepresented on line as well. Thought I was getting a grey and it's nothing but tan and white. Very disappointed.

    Inadequate water coming out top of fountain

    I hooked up the pump and fountain and adjusted the pump to maximum and all I got was a trickle out of the top. Used another pump twice the size and all I got was a trickle out the top. Not a good fountain.
