The blade cap leaks liquid into blender after 1 year of use despite cap being screwed on tightly. Unfortunately, it is a nuisance to use. I wish we went with a higher quality product.

Just received this blender and took it for a whirl! Easy operation, easy to clean, especially with the blades exposed (not in a recess, as some other blenders have). I really love its visual design - reminds me of Apple products - minimalist, sleek, modern, and functional!

Beautiful, well-engineered, and makes a smoothie so quickly and efficiently! One cup is enough capacity for two people to have a small smoothie at breakfast. The beautiful glowy buttons are a nice touch. The gasket in the blade also looks well-designed and the manual says customer service is able to provide a replacement is ever needed.

High quality and solid. This makes smoothie making so easy and results in a perfectly blended smoothie every time. It’s easy to clean as well.

Review after 8 months of everyday use. It works well, and then after 6 months, it starts to make some weird noises. When doing that, the bottle spilled smoothie in the blender. When trying to screw harder it become very difficult to unscrew. One bottle cap broke when trying to open it. Well for the price I tought it will tough me more than a year. Next purchase a V-mix I know it will be better.

I absolutely adored this frother for 3 weeks. Then it stopped frothing. I clean it thoroughly immediately after each use. I haven't changed milk products. I called but was on hold very long and eventually had to hang up. I'm sad because I really loved this frother.

This blender broke after a few weeks use. I'm so disappointed in it. It first started making a struggling sound so I stopped and mixed up the ingredients more. Then tried again and it just stopped. The light would not come on to initiate any blending. It's the second appliance we got from this company that broke. I will not buy anything from them again.

I drink smoothies for breakfast and decided to try this so I didn't have to drag out my full sized blender every morning. I've purchased less expensive versions of this before, but they didn't work nearly as well. I've made space on my counter for this one and use it almost every day. It was a great purchase.

The Zwilling Enfinigy suffers from a bad case of "form over function." While it looks very attractive on the kitchen counter, it simply lacks the power or blade technology to perform anything but the bare basics. Anything more challenging, then all bets are off. Although the blender does a decent enough job mixing liquids, it struggles when it comes to breaking up leafy veggies or crushing ice. The Zwilling simply lacks the power or blade technology to blend leafy veggies into a smooth liquid. If you're not into drinking smoothies containing large particles, you better have a mesh strainer on standby. Can it crush ice ? Yes, sort of. But if frappe-like consistency is your goal, it's not going to happen with this blender. Be prepared for large chunks of ice to crash the party in your daiquiri glass. The lid is also an issue, and needs to be better designed. It's very easy to misalign the lid when screwing it on. This results in liquid leaking out onto the base of the blender. Cleaning up the spilled liquid is not only awkward due to the base design, but also time consuming. I've had countless times when it feels like the lid is screwed on tight (I've even held the container upside down to check if anything is leaking out), only to find liquid seep out during the blending process. Unfortunately, the Zwilling Enfinigy not only struggles as a high end personal blender, but also struggles to meet Zwilling's usual high standard for quality.

It quit working after a few uses. It worked fine for the first couple times it was used.

This is my morning smoothie maker, afternoon milkshakes, and dinner dressings. It is one of the most used tools in my kitchen! It is super easy to operate and clean up.

Bought my first one over 3 years ago still working like day one. Got another for my mom.

I bought this to make smoothies and it can’t blend frozen fruit. I have to run the smoothie cycle 3-4 times opening and stirring each time and I still often end up with 4 inches of extremely thin smoothie and an inch block of still frozen fruit.

Used lightly for 2-3 months (christmas present for my spouse) and it just stopped working. will not turn back on. When it worked it was great. I loved you could blend and go. Also, the cap lock broke within 2 weeks. frustrating for sure.

Better at smoothies than a v-mix. highly recommend! I was shocked at the power for such a cute little counter top blender. I picked up some extra cups… because i’m lazy.. but they worked and looked exactly like the one that came in the box. One little tip… if you fill the mug too full, the blender trips out and will stop. the liquid expands too far. So I like to fill it about 1cm below what I feel is full, so there’s room for the blender to do its thing. The cups are pretty big regardless. Either way, it’s an amazing little unit and my v-mix has hit the cupboard for larger jobs. Ps… this is NOT an incentivized review, I was just impressed enough to do an actual review. :)

The larger size of the cups are perfect. My other brands are too small. The blender works perfectly and the look of it is sleek.
