This pole chain saw is appreciated for its versatility, allowing for both pole and handheld use, which is convenient for various cutting tasks. While it is praised for its ease of use, lightweight design, and battery life, some guests find it heavy when fully extended and have experienced issues with chain tension and balance. Despite these concerns, it is often chosen for its convenience and the ability to tackle small to medium-sized branches without the need for gas or cords.

Not enough battery
The 2ah battery doesn’t last long enough and doesn’t have enough power. After several cuts, the battery dies and you have to depress the switch and start over again only to stop again after a few seconds.

Good saw, weak pole
Good saw. Does a good job, but you must be very careful to not overtax the extension pole. It has a weakness where it folds. The connections are all plastic and too much flex will cause it to break.

Love them !
As I have gotten older, I cannot start our gas powered yard tools .i did my research on battery powered tools and decided to try WORKS battery power tools . I absolutely love every thing I have gotten from them . The men in the family teased me about my battery powered tools and now they use them exclusively. I have 7 of the tools and will continue to buy them for myself and as gifts .

Perfect upgrade from my previous pole saw!
This pole saw was exactly what I needed for trimming branches and light yard cleanup. This is not a chainsaw for heavy work but perfect for smaller branches and limbs. Easily cut through branches that were 6 - 8 inches in diameter. The pole saw is easy to convert to a hand held saw and the battery has a solid work life. This was a good upgrade from my previous pole saw as it is more versatile for the additional work I wanted to do without having to use a heavy and more cumbersome regular chainsaw.

Heavy but it does the job
It's heavy which makes it a bit hard to handle. The blade could be better. It is course for cutti g. It does get the job done, just a bit more effort.

Throws the chain
I got this for the pole, yet I've been using the saw alone. However, although it is advertised as being auto-tensioning, for some reason it keeps throwing the chain. The first instance was several minutes after I began using it; at which point I needed a LARGE adjustable wrench to loosen the adjuster. I'm not sure why this happens, it must have something to do with the step on the bar that contacts the adjuster. It occurs about twice for each charge. It is quite inconvenient. Otherwise. I love it. Its light and powerful. It cuts through small branches with ease (until it throws the chain). Maybe a different brand with manual chain tensioning would work better, but I'm sold on these little battery-operated chain saws. Very convenient vs my 18" Poulan Pro.

needs inprovement
you should be able to disconnect the pole to make it shorter so when you only need a certain length you can. the pole is very flimsy . i have many worxs tools but this one is the worse. please consider putting another plug in the pole to make it shorter

Powerful but heavy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw is very powerful for its size, and the ability to remove the pole from the saw is a great idea. I am glad to have added this tool to my collection of Worx tools. It will get a lot of use, but there is one thing to be mindful of. The saw was able to cut through an 10” branch without too much effort, mostly due to the weight of the saw…. but about that weight. I am a 6’ 3” 200lb, reasonably fit, male and it was not easy to lift the saw up to the branch with the pole fully extended. Smaller individuals will struggle with this saw, as one can see from the other reviews.

Not well thought out
I ordered the WG323 pole/chain saw recently. I was bothered by two things. First, the instructions are incredibly vague about how to disengage the saw from the pole. Everything is tiny pictures with no verbiage so it's tough to tell how it really operates. I finally figured it out with the CS rep on the phone but even she didn't know the secret (pull on the knob AFTER unscrewing it). While annoying, that wasn't the worst of it. The 10-pound chain saw hanging off the end of a 10' pole is so over leveraged that it's impossible to use except at a 60 degree or greater elevation. Which means you have to be literally standing under the branch you are trying to cut unless you have herculean strength. That is not a good design. At least I got a nice little chain saw (excluding the pole) out of the deal. But really, didn't anybody test this thing before they sold it???

Love this tool!
Have had this tool for a few years now, used it as a pole saw for lopping off dead branches but mainly have used it as a chain saw bucking up trees for firewood. It has basically replaced the two gas-powered chain saws I already own and it’s quiet so I don’t bother the entire neighborhood when I use it!

WG323 trimmer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the trimmer very much. Great for trimming without the need for a ladder. It gets this job done quickly.

Power Share 20v polish saw with Chain Saw tension
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wished I had not purchased it only used a few times last year and no longer use because it's way too heavy to use with the 10" Chain Saw attached I needed a much lighter weight pole Saw. Very disgruntled with my self for not expressing about this product earlier and have stopped using it.

My easy to use pole/chain saw.
I have had this saw for over 5 years. Always works when I need it. I live in the mountains and always have limbs to trim off or cut up due to keeping forest fire clearance safety ladders.

Light weight, easy to use
I bought this set up a few years back and have used it on many occasions. Very easy to use and if you have other 20V tools, battery life is not an issue even with a heavy workload. Best of all, you don't need to worry about stale gas mix, it's always ready to go. While I am satisfied with my purchase and with the tool in general, I do need to point out 2 items that others may want to consider. 1) The saw is light. This means that the weight of the saw is not present to keep the blade on the branch, you have to add some force to work the saw into the wood. 2) After some use, the friction locks on the pole slip and the pole will slowly collapse while you're working with it. There does not appear to be any way to tighten the locking mechanism. That's just plain annoying, and why I can't give it a 5 star rating.

BIG 10-INCH!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For any small, quick cutting jobs -- or overhead trimming jobs -- this is the tool to get the job done. Very surprising how long one battery charge will last using this saw! It certainly is more convenient than firing up the gas-powered chain saw! 5 stars!

Hard to write on just one great device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been cutting dead limbs off my trees. Then was helping to clear a farm. I use Worx Nitro 16" chainsaws. And when you cut thorns (18') or hedges that haven't been cut for over 3 decades, you get scratches or bleeding. Decided why not use the pole/chainsaw. Reach under the limbs or thorns and just cut it down from 9' away. Now you can just move it away, once it cuts and falls over. So pole/chainsaw are for higher limbs, but now you know how to use it to keep from getting scratches, ticks, bleeding and torn shirts and pants.

Light-weight chain saw
I like this chain saw. It is light but gets the job done. I don't like that it drips oil from the chain when not in use.
