WINNER!! You've GOT to try it

We've been Knudsen dairy product buyers for decades, but when their heavy whipping cream was out, we tried this brand. WINNER!!! It is superb. It whipps up quickly and holds its form. It doesn't turn back into cream either. So, if you're storing some that's already whipped up, you won't find water or liquid cream on the bottom. I use it for strawberry shortcakes or making European tortes. It's super creamy and the flavor is delicious. You've GOT to try it.
