Good while it lasted
I bought this 3 months ago and it worked perfectly fine, however it recently stopped working, but the led light still turns on. i've tried re charging it fully, clearing the dust but nothing works. It was working well until it didn't

It worked well for a few weeks but now even after charging for hours it powers on for a few minutes then turns off! I’ve tried using it while its plugged in, it last longer but any drilling for more than 5-10 seconds and it powers off all over againn

Product is crap.
Worked off and on . Doesn’t hold its charge . Now doesn’t even at all . Complete waste of my money . Not fair when you pay money and it only last a couple of times . Very disappointed . Feel ripped off!

Cheap, not worth it.
Product does not work, unless kept on charger. When you turn on switch, you have to twist the file bit to get the rotation motion going! Even so, power extremely weak. Not worth the money!

From the time I bought this item it hasn't ever kept a charge, I have to keep it plugged in just for it to semi work.

1st use = Amazing // 2nd use = BROKE!!!
Use one time and it was amazing! Worked great and was excited to use it again except when I went to try to use it, it never worked again. It lights up but won't spin. I've tried everything to fix it, even preformed a "deep charge" of 48 hours and still nothing. So disappointing. I would of given this 1 star if I hadn't of live it so my during my single run so I had to give it an extra star for that.

its a no for me
Returning it today. Was in a rush to buy a new nail drill but should have just bought one online. This one randomly stops working and is horrible for filing nails. I even let it sit on the cord to see if it needed charge or something but nope. And putting it on the faster setting made it stop even more. You can easily order a equally cheap one that works much better.

Why would you discontinue replacement heads?
I used my Mani once. The file head is completely used up. I see that you no longer sell replacement tools for your products. Now I have a working file that I can't purchase a head for. This is the reason for my 1-star review.
