Wrong decision to get this.
I had read an elliptical machine would be good for someone who has Piriformis syndrome as sitting on an exercise bike isn’t good for that (which i used regularly ). But, as it turns out the elliptical machine makes my legs hurt more and seems to hurt the back of my thighs worse. The machine itself is small and compact so good for a small area but it’s difficult to use even on tension level 1. And, yes I used a silicone spray on the runners like suggested. So now I have this machine which I can’t use. Hopefully I can sell it so I can get a small treadmill instead.

It kinda works
First I hurt my back taking it out of the box, the main piece is pretty heavy. Took a couple weeks to get used to the motion. Gained 5 lbs the first month probably due to leg muscles bulking up. Handlebars are odd and uncomfortable. I think I'd rather have a stationary bike.

Solid for the price!
I'm surprisingly very impressed with the sturdiness of this machine. I would recommend this to anyone who is on a budget like I was and still looking for the best bang for your buck. It's a good cardio machine at a great price!

It was easy to put together! I enjoy using it while watching tv. It's not loud and I appreciate that I don't have to turn up the tv volume. I've used it for a week now and have seen some improvements in my calves and legs!

Overall this machine is exactly what the description says. Super easy to put together. Light enough to move around. But here are a few ideas/tips that you might want to think about: You will need to lean your weight forward a bit to keep the machine steady.The wheel glide is very short so the foot movement is more like a stairstepper than an elliptical. If you have ankle issues, this probably is not for you. It does put stress on your ankles/feet. Maybe the Sunny will consider making this wheel glide longer so we can have a smoother glide! Can't beat the price so if you think you will be happy, then go for it!

You get a good workout!
This little machine gives you a good workout. It is easy to use and really gets me going.It came really fast and was easy to put together. I would recommend getting one. It does not take up a lot of space in my apartment and I can exercise at any time. Thanks Sunny Health and Fitness!!

Exactly what I was looking for
I chose this model because it's easy to carry around. There's a handle on the bottom so I just lift and carry it to wherever I want it. The pedaling motion is so smooth! I like that I can watch tv without having to turn up the volume because of how quiet this elliptical is.

Great buy!
This is perfect for what I needed. It's compact and doesn't take up any space. I live in an apartment and need to be space-conscious when I buy things. It's also quiet so i don't have to worry about disturbing my neighbors. All in all, this is definitely a great buy for me!
