The online description failed to accurately describe that the Otterbox I ordered did not have a charging port cover, thus allowing dirt and debris to lodge in the phone.

Short lifespan.
Most people leave a review right out of the box. After 1 yr of owning, it started to fall apart quickly with normal usage. Corners started to warp, crack, and peel. Case is broken in multiple spots around buttons and camera where rubber is thin. Case has never been removed from phone. Definitely expected a longer lifespan for the price.

No Damage To Phone
Got my phone 2 years ago through my company. Has an OtterBox protector. The OtterBox is starting to fall apart and chipped. Phone is perfect, zero damage from any bumps or falls, still works perfectly. Ordering another to replace this case.

Dropped out ot car from 2 ft shattered camera and cracked lens. In my opinion junk.

Good Product
Overall the case is the best in the business, I mean it's slim and protective. Thus being said the only complaint I have about the case in how around the whole case is the little dip, sometimes it gets uncomfortable. I wish it wasn't there or that it was a 2 part case.

Very good at protecting your phone. Unfortunately the material get pretty slipper after a while. Also if you try to take the phone out by pulling on the top right corner the case breaks after a while. All in all if you clean it regularly this case can't do you wrong
