Directions for use

There’s no directions but you have to use a pen or something small to pull the 3 black foam pieces out of the edges before you can take the glass out.

Looks great but I have no idea on how to get the glass frames out! Any tips?!

Hello there - Thank you for your purchase. There are bumpers between the glass and back metal part of the frame that needs to be removed in order to add a photo to the frame. You will need to replace the bumper to ensure the glass and photo stay in place. Thank you

Impossible to us

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I somewhat broke the frame just trying to get the glass panels out. They are impossible to remove from the frame. If I ever get a photo in there, I’ll never be able to change it out.

Hello Emma - Thank you for your purchase and feedback. There are four bumpers between the glass and frame that are removeable. You have to remove these foam pieces in order to remove the glass from the frame to insert a photo and then replace the bumpers to hold the glass and photo in place. I hope this helps! Thank you
